There are 4 top market or economy cities in Nigeria it depends on what you want to buy the cities are Lagos, Onitsha, Kano and Aba all you can find cheap things all depends on what you want
@emmanuelayodele7901 Onitsha is not safe for anyone. So it is risk to advise foreigners to go there and risk getting killed by IPOB and ESN. The entire 5 states of the South East is not safe. So stop deceiving people to go die in South East.
If your add your transport fare from onitsha to Lagos, then it makes sense for someone coming from Ikom to shop at Onitsha.Onitsha is much more organized now than before so it’s recommended.
I would say you don't have to travel all the way to Lagos when 70% of the container ends up in onitsha and Aba, I would say onitsha market will be cheaper for you because of its closeness to the Cameron border
Cost of most goods in Onitsha and Aba is actually way cheaper than Lagos as most importers are based in these cities. The markets there are way bigger than those in Lagos.
Depending on what u want to buy, some items are cheaper in onitsha while some lagos. So if u tell me what u want to buy I'll tell u the market to get it cheaper. Don't come to my dm plz say whatever u want to say here in this comment section.
for someone coming from Cameroon Onitsha or Aba should be the best place to buy goods Lagos is too far unless the person enter flight from Cameroon straight to Lagos
From your last post, I was surprised to know from Cameroon you guys travel through Enugu - Onitsha - Edo (Bini) - Lagos. I think apart from maybe experiencing Lagos, there's no point whatsoever stressing oneself such a longer distance (7 hours drive from Onitsha) and higher cost to Lagos. All goods in Lagos can be found in Onitsha or Aba with negligible price difference, if not cheaper when compared to time and extra cost of to/fro Lagos.
I'm a Nigerian doing business in Cameroon too. It's the goods one is selling that determine the market one sources his product. Unfortunately, some Cameroonian travel all the way from Cameroon via Ikom, Ebonyi, Enugu, Onitcha, Asaba, ..........to Lagos leaving behind the major markets like Onitcha, Enugu and Aba to patronize their customers in Lagos who bought their goods from Aba and Onitcha😂😂😂
No market is cheaper than Lagos when it comes buying and selling. Majority of the goods in Onitsha came thru Lagos. In terms of leather and food, no market can beat Kano in West Africa.
This is a good business opportunity for you. Since you have all this info about best places to buy goods in Naija, why not set up a delivery service in Nigeria, take orders from your Cameroun people, make their purchases for them and waybill them to the customers. It will save them the trouble of travelling all the way to Nigeria and you will make money from it too from service charges- win win for all. Think about it and work on it before a Nigerian will start that business bcos our people are very fast thinkers o
You have problem! Real problem! They sell fake goods in Onitsha and Aba. The goods are imported through Lagos ports,do with that info whatever you like.
@@oluwasogoabbey4269 “they sell fake goods in Onitsha and Aba” Lagos is the home land of fake, you can't school me about coming from the south to buy from Lagos as being cheap, I have done all that and can tell you coming all the way from the south to buy goods from Lagos is just a waste of your precious energy especially now that transportation is the ish factor, the same importers brings their containers down south east and not paying heavy taxes like Lagos markets so definitely any trader will make more profits buying from Onitsha or Aba.
@@elomocaroltv sis buy your goods from Onitsha or Aba you’ll definitely make more profit, speaking as someone who has experimented it in the past when transportation wasn’t even this much, Lagos markets are overly tax so their prices are a bit much as compare to the former.....plus you're paying to transport your goods back to the south with the additional Lagos high accommodation and inconveniences.
Good day to you over there Carol. I never knew that Cameroonians are spoken good English language. Does everyone in Cameroon speaking English language or just some group of people?
Elomo please i don't mean to offend you, but you should try and do something about your breathing. Its seriously interfering with your microphone. Try watching your videos, you will understand what I'm saying. Just my observation
