A few things at 2:25. The PP seem to have taken 1 free volley of shots for the notification plus almost volley another shot before construction stopped, construction now also incur a 50% increase damage penalty and its not firing back, shortly into the fight 1 squad member goes down, scouts now have slightly more HP at 5 which doesn't seem like much but 80 is perfectly divisible by 16 and 85 require an extra shot. 6 versus 7 shots, scout shoot faster and is slightly more accurate once one model drop its scout favored.
250 is good only after the upgrade in armory, at least now the 250/9 is way better, it may even outperform the ultra nerfed L6/40 ( I think they nerfed it at least a couple of months ago sadly) that sucks equally at hunting veichles and infantry. Awesome video Hans, keep it up ;)
I mean it is cheap as hell and costs you minimal manpower. It would be frustrating as hell fighting it if it was stronger. I think keeping it as weak as it is now makes sense. Just like fighting 5 riflemen that cost nothing to reinforce is frustrating as hell... ( I wish the manpower cheats to be removed i think then we can adjust dak a bit more. )
@@EchoObserver9Riflemans do more DMG to kfz250, than Pgrens to jeep... While kfz250 dps is lower, and bad while on the move + clunky to move, so it can not harras like jeep.
it is unfair how devs treat axis factions honestly. Allies have so much versatility, options & tools and most of them are far better at doing their job than axis options. Feels like axis units are stripped naked in this game.

@@djbro566 wr is barely a stat for balancing a game if it is ~1-2% as is right now. It doesn't mean much. In terms of 1v1? 2v2? yea probably something can be done and is more bearable, in 3v3, 4v4 it's a god damn disaster. And devs couldn't come up with Game Mode Modificators for unit stats for separate game modes, instead of changing the unit itself. Allies have better recon, better arty options, better call-ins, more useful BGs, economy perks, more versatile units and abilities. I played them a bit too and analyzed it. And I understand something in game design too, not a pro, but have a clue. Look how much stuff in Coh1 or Coh2 axis have, and here...
He obviously had the at mines researched because the light tank you lost first died where 4 of your infantry passed a few secs ago.
