Why I'm not going back to the Stanley Hotel | The Shining Tour | Colorado adventures

I've lived in Colorado for six months and have been to Estes Park PLENTY of times. And each time I have passed by The Stanley Hotel that Stephen King stayed in back in 1974. I have seen "The Shining" plenty of times, but I've never had the guts to step foot in this creepy hotel...now I know why.
While the movie was not shot at the Stanley, the mini-series was. Jim Carrey also stayed in the famous suite Stephen King slept in, but couldn't make it through the freakin' night!
And stay tuned to the end of the video to see a creepier fact about this hotel that sent me running for the mountains!
While I'm glad I got to see it up close and personal...I think I'm good at admiring it from afar.
If you live in Colorado or if you plan on visiting Estes Park, The Shining tour at The Stanley Hotel is definitely something to check out, if you want that creep effect.
