This is a tradesman's job done well with deft technique. Flicking the render on is much better than 'putting" it on. The air is forced away resulting in a much greater bond. This requires more precision and skill, done rapidly and with great accuracy - as shown in this presentation. EXCELLENT WORK! 👍👍👍

Instead of being hostile and stubborn...watch some videos and read some books about how people from other parts of the World do things. Maybe you could learn, adapt and thrive from this?
