I really liked seeing the outside of this synagogue. What does the building look like? is this building has been here since 1200 years ago or was it newly built here?
This synagogue is located in the Harounieh neighborhood of Isfahan, one of the city's oldest districts. Unfortunately, we didn’t show the exterior of the synagogue in this video, but we’ll definitely try to include it in future ones. The building you see has undergone renovations over the centuries, but parts of it, including some of the structure and inscriptions, date back 1200 years. While it's been preserved and restored, much of the original spirit and architecture remain intact. The history embedded in its walls is truly fascinating!

Jews have lived in Iran more than 2000 years. King Cyrus the Great saved thousands of Jews from Babylonian slavery and brought them to Persia/Iran. Iran is a multiethnic and multi religious country. Shiia Islam in Iran recognises three religions: Islam, Christianity and Judaism as religions of the Book.

Hi. Can I ask if you live in Iran as your site mentions Turkey. I also notice you don't appear in your videos. Is that due to restrictions in Iran showing your face? Are you Jewish, reference your video about an Iranian synagogue? If you are in Iran, I hope you are safe from any Israeli attacks.

Wonder what Khomeini thinks of this place Does he think europeans are not jews cant possibly be or just jealous of their success that his version of Iran cannot match
God bless you.the problem is only the government of Iran.i think most of the people in Iran don’t want a war with Israel they won’t to leave their life with their families.
That's right, my dear friend, as an Iranian, I have neither war nor the slightest problem with the nation of Israel. And I say this with confidence that the people of Iran have no enmity with the people of Israel. Peace be upon you
Thank you for such an interesting video. I am Jewish, I respect persian people, culture music, lifestyle and love they food. I am sure 100% persian people are not for to destroy Jewish Nation. Radical government is not persian Nation
What a powerful and beautiful message! The phrase "Yahushuwah HaMashiach, King of Kings, Lord of Lords" resonates deeply as a tribute to the Messiah’s spiritual sovereignty and divine love. Thank you for sharing this inspiring reminder🙏🏻🌸✨
Thank you for your great question! Golbahar Synagogue’s history is preserved through a combination of unique features, historical records, and inscriptions. One of the most remarkable pieces of evidence is a Hebrew inscription inside the synagogue, dating back over 1200 years, which has remained intact and provides a direct link to its origins. Local historians and the community have also preserved stories and records about the synagogue, affirming its continuous use as a place of worship over the centuries. Together, these elements help us confirm that the Golbahar Synagogue we see today is indeed the same historic building that has served the Jewish community in Isfahan for over a millennium!
Iran has a rich tapestry of religions and beliefs. While the majority of the population practices Islam, with most being Shia Muslims, there are also vibrant communities of other religions, including Christianity, Judaism, and Zoroastrianism, each with a long history in the region. For example, we've shared about Golbahar Synagogue in Isfahan, which has been a place of Jewish worship for over 1200 years. You’ll also find Armenian Christian churches, like the Bethlehem Church in Isfahan, as well as Zoroastrian temples. Let us know if there’s a particular religion or place you'd like us to explore further!
You're absolutely right to consider the possibility of reconstruction! While Golbahar Synagogue has a history of over 1,200 years as a place of worship, many historical buildings have undergone repairs and restorations over the centuries to preserve them. It's likely that some parts of the synagogue, like walls or other structural elements, have been rebuilt or restored at various times, while specific features, like the 1,200-year-old Hebrew inscription, offer a direct link to the building's ancient origins.
Thank you for highlighting Cyrus the Great. Indeed, Cyrus played a pivotal role in Jewish history, especially with his decree to free the Jews after the conquest of Babylon. This historical connection reflects the deep cultural ties between Iran and the Jewish people, which can be seen in places like the Golbahar Synagogue, with its history spanning over 1200 years.
Cyrus the Great was the one who established the first Human Rights Charter 25 centuries ago and ruled an empire spanning millions of square kilometers with peace and friendship. In his time, even women had the right to maternity leave and held significant roles in society, including positions like commander-in-chief and even royalty. This perspective on equality and respect is also reflected in our culture and language, where Persian uses a single pronoun to refer to both men and women equally, unlike many other ancient and modern languages. The legacy of great historical figures known for kindness and peace cannot be tarnished by just any opinion. Let’s be messengers of peace and friendship.
Yes, there is still a Jewish community in Iran. Iran is home to one of the oldest Jewish communities in the world, with roots going back over 2,500 years. Today, most of the community lives in cities like Tehran, Isfahan, and Shiraz, and they actively maintain their synagogues, schools, and other cultural institutions. Golbahar Synagogue in Isfahan, which we recently featured, is an example of this rich and enduring heritage.
No tte star of is not Jews but mystic to adore pagans gods . Use in occult rituals ,all religion the priest class at the top practice magic regardless of what they pretend to believe . Hell is real and control the entre world yet the real Jesus is the key to be save .

You're absolutely right! Throughout history, many Muslim communities have preserved and respected sacred places of other religions, recognizing their cultural and spiritual significance. This tradition of coexistence and protection is evident in many regions, including Iran😊
Go to Afghanistan and check what Afghan Taliban did to Buddhist Statues. Go to Turkey and check what they did to 99% of Churches... All of them broken to dust and converted to Mosques. Even the 🕋 in Saudi Arabia was a Pagan / Polytheist temple containing 360 idols... When the foundation itself was built on destruction of others... good luck.

Beautiful synagogue!
Is Jewish worship allowed? May G-d keep you all safe🙏
Thank you so much🙏🏻🌺 Yes, Jewish worship is allowed, and this synagogue has been a place of gathering and worship for the Jewish community in Isfahan for over 1,200 years. We deeply appreciate your kind blessings, may God keep you safe as well🙏🏻🙏🏻
@@MMTours- Thank you so much! I love Jewish history outside of Israel. May G-d restore peace and tranquility to all mankind🙏
Thank you for your wonderful message! We're so glad to share a piece of Jewish history from here. May G-d indeed bring peace and tranquility to all. Your heartfelt wish resonates deeply with us🙏🏻🌺
Jews have lived in Iran more than 2000 years.

Hag sameah happy simhah torah GOD bless you thank you for showing us amen
Hag Sameah and Happy Simchat Torah to you as well🌺 Thank you for your warm wishes and blessings. We're so glad to share these special moments with you, and it’s a joy to celebrate and learn about these beautiful traditions together. Amen, and may you be blessed as well🙏🏻🌹✨
Wonder what Khomeini thinks of this place Does he think europeans are not jews cant possibly be or just jealous of their success that his version of Iran cannot match

YAHUSHUWAH HAMASHIACH KING OF KINGS LORD OF LORDS 🙏🏻✝️✝️
What a powerful and beautiful message! The phrase "Yahushuwah HaMashiach, King of Kings, Lord of Lords" resonates deeply as a tribute to the Messiah’s spiritual sovereignty and divine love. Thank you for sharing this inspiring reminder🙏🏻🌸✨
it's not a Hebrew inscription. It's Persian, the same text as on the left, but written in Hebrew script
Yea they are Judeo-Persian *

Normal Persian, just in Hebrew script
How do we know it is the same building?
😂
Interesante, que otra religiónes hay allí??
The Iranian women are also very beautiful! 😀
Thanks a lot 🙏🏻🍀 that’s very kind of you🌸
Yes👌That is true😊🎉

A town from where 70000 jiuz will join daj jaal... Do small numbers of jiuz still lives in Isfahan?
What 😂
@@galaxymyt4834 yes it is true, if you ask Iran don't even have 70000 jiuz, so before 1917 Palestine-israel never had 100,000 jiuz as well
👌👌👌
🙏🙏🌹💙
I really don't think it's a 1,000-year-old building. I believe they have rebuilt it several times.

Cyrus the Great: Stop your wife and children from studying science so that you don't get sad and regret.
Is there still Jews in IRAN ???
Yes, there is still a Jewish community in Iran. Iran is home to one of the oldest Jewish communities in the world, with roots going back over 2,500 years. Today, most of the community lives in cities like Tehran, Isfahan, and Shiraz, and they actively maintain their synagogues, schools, and other cultural institutions. Golbahar Synagogue in Isfahan, which we recently featured, is an example of this rich and enduring heritage.

It exists because Muslims do not destroy sacred places of other religions.
When the foundation itself was built on destruction of others... good luck.

Quoting 1 or 2 examples does not mean all over the world. On a major side muslims do respect sacred places of all beliefs.

Isfahan is the city of Iran; from where false messiah Dajjal/666 will appear with his 70000 thousands of Jewish community...
They don't have even 70000 jew 😂
Then why western are accusing Iran of being unfair to minorities specially Jewish.
Thank you for your comment🙏🏻🌺 Iran has a long history of cultural diversity, with many religious and ethnic minorities, including the Jewish community, living here for centuries. While there are different opinions and narratives in the media, our goal is to showcase the cultural richness and peaceful coexistence of these communities through our videos.
