Hey bro, kiwi here. Just found your channel and have really loved all the stuff you've put out! I see you haven't been making a lot of videos recently, but I just subscribed and would love to see you making more stuff in the future!
Edit: with the pronunciation "easy tips" at the beginning of the video you have to be using an american accent for the tips to make sense. e.g. hands vs "hends" if you say "hends" using an american accent it will sound like us saying hands. also by "eee" i think they mean drag out the "eh" sound in ten minutes not say "teen meenutes"

You are speaking Kiwi accent. To others outside of NZ aside from Aussies their ears hear those vowels as were mentioned. Also it's why other English speaking countries can't differentiate between the Kiwi and Aussie accent but we can (honestly the best description I've heard is Kiwi have a posh Aussie accent which I'm not mad at lol) similar to how Americans and Canadians can tell each other apart (Ryan Reynolds, Jim Carrey, Rachel McAdams, Justin Bieber... all Canadians but Americans can hear the difference... I cant)

You need to try to speak an American accent to get it working I reckon, since the guide is for Americans. Hends like how Americans tourists say, "Handerson" rather than Henderson.
One thing that pissed me off is when I was in Hawaii and some dude asked me where I was visiting from. I said Auckland, and he asked me to say it like three more times then said, Oh, you mean Oakland? Fark man took me a whole paragraph to get that cleared up.

Never understood how you get 2 different sounds from the same vowel ‘a’ ‘ay’ vs ‘ah’.
Data.- Dah Tah. Logic must prevail

Some of this was actually pretty bad. Right before number 1 that explanation of those vowels was a wtf why did you even put this here, it makes no sense and it needed more context, I've never heard an American say "data" like "dah-ta" I know there are some but most will say "day-ta".
For number 2, no one says "teen meenuts" if anything we say "ten menuts or minutes". The long A and O thing, Americans tend to put an accent on their r's so them saying "oarsome" would sound like "oarkland" to us, just put less accent on the r or don't say it at all and you should be fine. You can disreguard everything in the 3rd section of number 2, we say "accent" and "hands" like normal people and "then" and "than" are not interchangeable, unless someone is mumbling which is quiet common here in NZ.
The whole "fush'n chups" mostly those people who've grown up in the hood (ghetto) parts of NZ will say it like this, not everyone does.
