- In today's ROBLOX video. While driving back to the DOT station, I got pulled over by an officer. So I asked my DOT buddy to help me out of the situation, instead of talking to the officer, or doing anything rational- he TOWED their car WHILE talking to me. Enjoy today's Roblox video!

I live in Berkeley. The liveries are good but the uniforms and cars are not even close. BCSO doesn’t have a charger and only old cars have light bars none have ram bars.

Honestly I stopped watching when the police pulled over a marked DOT vehicle. Here in my state, the DOT is a state entity. Generally any vehicle here with a state, county, or city department plate are generally not to be pulled over by police unless it’s just an outrageous emergency. Even here if a state trooper stopped a state DOT vehicle, he would have some explaining to do. ERLC has gotten bad in my opinion. While the calls, emergency vehicles and features are realistic, the players aren’t. I’ve had police try to pull me over in a marked ambulance, even a fire truck going to a call. It’s annoying. Even more annoying when the police are driving super cars and hit you going 200mph and flip your vehicle and leave it broken.
Okay so you're telling me that if a police officer pulls over a DOT vehicle for running a stop sign is unrealistic....
@@austin_ame7719 actually yes. This is actually facts of law. The police cannot enforce traffic laws in parking lots. Since stores, gas stations, shopping centers are public but technically private, law enforcement can’t stop you for running a stop sign posted on private property. The stop sign on ERLC at the gas station shouldn’t be there. Here in my city, stop signs on private property like that generally don’t exist unless it’s on a state owned public roadway. The only time police can enforce general traffic laws on privately owned business property is when a complaint is called in. That I do know. For instance, a STATE trooper here in my state said he can’t pull into any privately owned business property and pull people over for no seat belt, not using blinkers, parking crooked, speeding or running a stop sign if one was posted by the company rather than the state. He can sit in a company parking lot and enforce the actual road way but not reversed. That’s the law here and I assume all across the U.S. considering private property exists, well everywhere. So yes. Running a stop sign that is posted on the actual gas station property and getting pulled over is illegal of itself. The sign has to be a certain footage by the roadway designated at a state funded public road way. Not sitting on private property. It’s against the law for law enforcement to enforce traffic violations that occur on private property unless a complaint has been filed by the owner. And yes, every business is private property, its public but they can kick anyone off the property which becomes private.
@@austin_ame7719 Pause the video, the stop sign is sitting behind the actual sidewalk near the road, sitting on the walk way to the gas station essentially not even close enough to the road to even be considered a designated stop sign.
