Two things that stand out as obvious flaws, which I’m surprised you’ll did not address. 1) The control panel looks very clunky and, have heard from actual users, that it is not waterproof. This is big negative in a country like ours that has just two seasons - hot and wet. 😀 2) There is no lock on the power train. Anyone can switch it on and the chances of damage exist. Hero needs to have a key or some system in place that can stop this from happening. And finally, considering Indian city roads, a better suspension would have certainly added to a more comfortable ride but that would have driven the price point up, I guess. I’ve ridden Hero bikes previously and they are too clunky and uncomfortable. I wish they had put a little more innovation into this like the Svitch.

The Battery is switched on through the controller on the handlebar. No damage will be caused
