@@audenlarratta trick to bulk if you ever want to I wish I knew when I was young eat ever two to three hrs. Preferably every two. Don't eat a ton just good balanced stuff. Small to mid size meal. Your metabolism will be just ramped. Watch carbs if you put on weight. But chicken rics, eggs vegetables potatoes pasta ect. And a protein shake on wake up and at bed. Really I just slam chocolate milk 😊 and forget the protein shakes just eat clean and often. You will grow for a fact especially if training a ton.

I did MMA and competed in am boxing, bjj and mma, and always grew the most from actual comps more then sparing in The gym.

Devon's boys were so confident because of the reason that there's no one at that event who can beat their father in Armwrestling, that fact alone gave them edge over everyone.

You people see some crazy stuff. Levan lost his wrist round 1, theres nothing else about it. He wasnt playing around or feeling what devon has. What i saw from levan is that he tried to go sideways but was losing his wrist even more, so he transitioned to the flop press. Intelligent move with a fuck ton of weight behind it. Stretched devons arm completely from a full static hold. thats why devon didnt have the stopping power anymore after that round 1 press
Yr Father worked hard and is a Legend in this sport ... yr young just starting out , the refs know who you are , Be Humble ... you'll get there eventually too ..
