Definitely not greater than Bruce. A really good Batman either way. Bruce in his prime with that Batman Beyond suit would have simply been unstoppable.
People can say he’s not better than Bruce all they want, but Terry is Bruce’s successor, managed to get into the Joker’s head, Terry is the best Batman and I will die by that statement
In absolutely no way is he greater than Bruce. Bruce is ridiculously smarter. He's more dedicated. He's a better warrior by lightyears. Much better trained. More focussed. Etc. There basically isn't really anything that Terry is better at than Bruce. You could say he's less grim & more positive? Makes him a better "person" to be around perhaps, but it certainly doesn't make him a better Batman. Terry is a great character, don't get me wrong, but to suggest he's better than the OG Batman is pretty absurd tbh.
@@SabatSch95 Terry imo is a better Batman though, Terry is still dedicated, and actually has been fighting since he was a child, and was already skilled at fighting as a teen, Bruce needed that training to get to that level, and Terry as he gets older would still have experience anyways, and unlike Bruce, Terry managed to get into Joker’s head
Both and neither. Bruce created the metaphor/concept of Batman, Terry merely adopted it. They each had a personal tragedy that made them take it upon themselves to take care of what the Gotham City PD was overwhelmed by, or in Terry's case, didn't know of. Terry stole the suit to avenge his dad (we thought he was his father at this point as well) and while Bruce didn't want someone masquerading as Batman, Terry's resolve was just as strong. That's why he made up that story of Terry "rescuing him" and "offering him a job." He knows better than anyone the feeling of being unable to save the people he loves. "Welcome to my world" was Bruce telling him, in Batman's voice no less, "if you're going to do this, you're going to do this right." I don't think it is a matter of following in Bruce's footsteps or living in his shadow, they each had their own way of fighting crime, facing the Joker for example; Bruce would block him out and beat the crap out of him, Terry would talk, and more over laugh, and that set Joker over the edge. They each had their own way of doing things and I think that's why many enjoy both series.
@@Phant0mwolf-Productions I am a HUGE Batman fan, have been since I was three. So when there's a question or conversation about it, I give my perspective with as much detail as I can give.
I had headphones in full volume... RIP my ears and my heart
Glad I could entertain
Terry became greater than Bruce. He had to be the hero that Gotham needed, different from Bruce but still made the same, still Batman 💯
I wouldn’t say that but he’s a good Batman regardless

Ok Bane.
Awesome! I love the music for the video.
To answer the question, I think it's a bit of both. Terry has quite the role to fit as the new Batman.
Supercool edit😁
