It's our last holiday before welcoming our first child in August, and we couldn't be more excited to share this adventure with you! Not only are we traveling to the beautiful island of Tenerife, but we're also bringing along my parents, who are stepping out of their comfort zone (they usually only go to Benidorm 😂).

I went on a baby moon as they call it last may to Majorca , had our daughter in July , loved every minute of it and jet2 really looked after us ❤

Thanks - I stumbled across your Channel as living in Australia I had watched a couple of videos on English Couples - normally backpackers - travelling in Australia and Thailand where you had been. You seem very different to them in that they are mostly from the South of England and have given up their jobs to travel. Not wanting to pry or invade your privacy too much it made me wonder which town or city you are from, what job you do and where you met your wife who seems very English but turns out to be Romanian. You might not want to disclose any of this which I can fully understand but it gives a bit of context. Just to compare - going to Benidorm seems to be like going to the Gold Coast in Australia and going to Tenerife seems a bit like going to Bali for us. Though they involve 2 to 7 hour flights it is only with one you leave our vast country.

Yes, I’m very northern (South Yorkshire, sheffield) we are nothing like our southern friends 😅 I work in application software and met my Fiancé in Malta 5 years ago. Australia intrigues me very much and it’s definitely on my list to visit one day! Have a great day
@@Bates_Tube Thanks for the context. I once did a 4 year contract in London and a very long time ago a post grad course in Sheffield - think the place I stayed was called Nether Edge? Found it very cold but pleasant people. I visit UK to see friends in Manchester (which has an airport where nothing seems to work - on both recent visits travellators stopped & airbridge failed!) East Midlands looks good. Consider myself lucky to live in Australia - only issue is we are a long way from anywhere but you get used to it. Think Singapore near & that is 8 hours flight time (4 before you even leave Australia). Good luck to you and your partner!
