That is GUIDING LIGHT Actress ELISSA LEEDS who was the 1st "Hope Bauer" in the CHRISSY DOLL Commercial. The Character appeared on both GUIDING LIGHT & ANOTHER WORLD when her TV Dad "Mike Bauer" moved to Bay City from Springfield for awhile in the 1960's.
