In The Flow is hosted by Kelley Johnson, a wife, mom, and Fortune 500 executive turned tech-founder. She runs KEIRUS, a digital learning and workplace culture firm where she helps individuals and organizations achieve transformative results.
Kelley is on a journey to learn what it truly means to be a daughter of God, and she wants to take as many women as possible with her! She is super passionate about supporting and uplifting women to become all who God intended them to be.
Kelley is the author of EMERGE! Rise-up, Be Fearless, Take Possession of Your Purpose - a book about overcoming trauma to find your God-given purpose. She also wrote, INFINITE: The Power of Love, a six-session Bible study about diversity, equity and inclusion. Both are available on Amazon.

With over a decade of marketing and branding experience, Vonna Matthews has transformed nonprofits and small businesses through innovative strategies and leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s in Radio/Television/Film from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Marketing from Dallas Baptist University. As a wife, mother, and entrepreneur, Vonna launched CEOMOM Magazine in April 2016 to celebrate women balancing career and family, featuring prominent mompreneurs like Laila Ali and Tia Mowry. Pruning can be painful!!
Great episode, particularly, the idea that we aren't separated from the vine when pruned, but rather we are still connected/close while being pruned. I can't wait to journal about John 15:2! thanks for the inspiration.
