No Guards in a real fight works like it's name, something to keep distance from the other guy when you're on your back, and you don't want to be your back on the ground in a fight. Sport BJJ guys crawl around the floor, spreading their butt cheeks asking people to come inside their guard to play a game when in old school Judo and Wrestling, the goal is always having better position than the other guy. This stuff freaks me out. I have slowed it down to half speed and still can't get. There is just one, where he does sasae, when you can see that at the precise moment his opponent shifts balance, his foot is there instantly. There's also an o-guruma he does where you can sort of see it's at the exact perfect moment, but for the most part, it's simply voodoo. The guy must have made a pact with the devil to be that good.
