LearningZone while feeling the low pressure side how would you know when it's cold enough as soon as you start to feel moisture on the line ?. And also when there is enough refrigerant on the system would the pressure on the Low side gage remain constant or would it fluctuate still ?

I know as the compressor cycles the psi would rise but when the compressor in engage would the pressure remain say at 40psi for example and not fluctuate while the compressor is engaged thus indicating the system is full ?
You did not show shutting off of both blue and red knobs on your manifold gauge after pressurizing the system. Also, right after you started filling Freon, how could the high side gauge moves without opening the red knob?

i think you should use vacuum pump and use leak detector better than 2ton compressor because this will press humidity inside the system.

Hi, nice vedeo - but what about an oil in the AC system. Don't you have to add it a little? I assume that when you vaccumed the AC system there is no oil in it?

Guys just add service valves on a refrigerator compressor you have to braze to suction in discharge out.. or use supco piercing valves also an terminate crimpe the lines as per factory fill line.

My Hilux ssr Low Pressure side is 50psi
& High Side is 300psi
so the Compressor is good or bad?
If it's giving you perfect cooling on this pressure rating, seems your compressor is good.

how do you know you are adding the proper amount of refrigerant , for example some manufactor would say 18 oz?? NICE IDEA

So it passed its pressure test so all the new seals you fitted are working, and after creating a vaccume in the system and filling the void with freon it works :-))
I think you may have to repair the boot latch next ha ha :-)), i have that feeling lol.

Also you are 100% correct as my next step was to repair his car boot latch as the guy was messing with it. I didn't film that as it was getting dark and also I was tiered that time.

Yeh air conditioner compressor ki pulley kay bearing ki awaz ho sakthi hae. Bearing Naya dalnay say sahee ho Jaye gee. Magar kisi kisi compressor kay ander bhe awaz hothi hae. Wo theek nahi hothi. Ya bardasht karen ya compressor replace karen.

Filling is always on low pressure side that is blue meter side. You may watch the video two three times. good job bro but something is rong .you use low side gauge in hi pressure .
U fill it overcharged.. the R134A is works well on 30 psi..
according to Saturation card R134a temprature is 1.3C in 30psi and gain up to 9C when reach 45psi..
U cannot straight add the refrigerant such fast. u need to wait the refrigerant to expand before add again.
Dear friend thanks for watching and great comment. In car the air conditioner pressure is something which is not constant due to varying engine speed. If you accelerate a little, the low side pressure will suddenly go down 30PSI. So the pressure is not here the unit to work on but the final cooling is the parameter on which you can refill. Hope you may understand and this is not my only job I have done. I serviced tons of auto motive air conditioners with success and still they are running since years. Best regards,

I think testing leakage by suction is better
You are right but pressurized air is also ok if there is less moisture content in the air. As I am in the area where there is less moisture content in the air so air can be used to detect leak.
LearningZone as soon the air enters the system it damages the drier, its dead basically. You should replace the drier and vacuum it properly with a vacuum pump creating 29mm hg. Moisture kills drier.
you miss adding oil for the compressor
Yeah oil was already there in the system. If we put more oil, it would become overloaded with oil. Stay tuned dear friend.

he is not epa mvac 609 certified .only used a inert gas never put air in any ac it can cause a explosion!. and you weigh in 134a
+tazalots This is a DIY procedure for work and it is used by experts even by all over the world. Why air of up to 250 PSI could explode the system? I did it with thousands of vehicles and single one had even have no explosion problem and you listen from somebody and blaming me of no cause. If you have experiment of such explosion, just upload a video of that so I will stop my practice immediately.
Another fact as you stated that I am not some bullshit certified. Correct but if you are certified, what best you did here? You have no single video upload on your channel showing some instructions. I am giving one example here. People are not certified for sex but they are doing sex with great success! There this certification bloody rule is not applied but if one is doing air conditioning or refrigeration, the fucking certification is coming in the way and keeping one from working. Certification is only a way for earning money by agencies and nothing more. Hope my statement could open your eyes.
