    That's fascinating to watch ... wish I could have seen you set up the crucible... like doing the borax/flux thing (amount?) and the scraps (amount?) were in there before you torched it. BUT I did see the first video and now the second so I have a great idea of what to do. I appreciate your taking the time to show us what you've done. Thanks again.

      I sell all my crucibles seasoned and don't share how I do it. I didn't weigh the metal, I guessed. Joni Kisro has a video on TH-cam showing how she does it.

    Can you take the coin and press it into the clay to make a load of whatever old coin and replicated this way in other metals or silver?

    I use graphite molds. Graphite molds are very cheap 🙂👌
