I have watched this around 5 times throughout the day. After watching I went on to watch your talks about oceanic reiki. Somthing called to me to learn. Today somthing told me their I somthing at the lake I need to see. on a walk by my local lake I spotted 2 shells glistening in the bottom of the water. It was like a message from a higher power.

Thank You sincerely for your work your calm energy & healing vibes are what I need right now! I've literally had some of the most stressful days & weeks lately Hopefully this will be coming to an end very soon I am just having problems handling some issues in my apartment but also just not feeling like I'm being heard and Sometimes that translates to hurt & feeling disrespected and then I like many I'm sure start to look at other areas and people in your life who have not been true friends or treat you the way you've treated them so kindly and You feel unseen and it turns to bitter resentment so I need this because I I have been returning to my yoga practice which I did for over a decade and 1⁄2 and meditation is something that I've been doing for quite a few years now especially with long distance reiki and I came across your channel awhile go and this video just popped up in feed & so I had the need to just say how I am feeling😩😭
