G4 ACCER Video Creative Proposal

Awareness level among UTM community are very low, perhaps except to the top management and peoples involved directly with ranking management. 7 proposals in Quadrant 1 are which is deem to be very important as those involved low resources with high impact. The remaining proposals, 2 in Q2 and 6 in Q3 can be implemented at later stage, should the university has more resources
