My favorite teacher kindly explain the importance of the buttons on the left of the machine . Could they be the subsititute of the 8 buttons in other brother machines??
In addition to Sybil Williams suggestion,you can also add machine oil to lubricate the joint.After a while hold it as it flat on the body of your carriage,pull it up to stand by push it with little force toward you to stand upright ❤
Bonjour. J’ai la même machine mais j’ai un souci avec la cames orange en plastique sous le chariot. Quand je met le bouton de sélection sur KC une cames se met bien dans la position haute alors que la deuxième reste en bas. J’ai ouvert le chariot, nettoyé il est comme neuf. Je n’ai rien vu qui pouvait bloqué. Tout le reste fonctionne très bien sauf la came cite. Avez eu ce souci ? Si oui pouvez vous m’aider ? Je suis français et je ne trouve aucune aide. Merci d’avance. Bonjour. Oui, j’ai eu ce souci. C’était une pièce cassée dans le chariot. J’ai acheté une machine ( KH ) pour pièces car elles sont toutes compatibles, j’ai vérifié que les cames fonctionnaient sur ce chariot. Comme tout était OK, j’ai démonté les 2 chariots et fait l’échange du mécanisme et voilà, la Samko KH881 ( équivalente de Brother même modèle, celle de la vidéo et Erka 40 ) elle fonctionne parfaitement. Bon bricolage 😃

How did you raise the handles on the carriages mine are stuck
Try a hairdryer on the joints of the handle, it could be that old oil has hardened and made it stiff. Hope this works
