Nick Winton unveils sculpture dedicated to his father Sir Nicholas Winton

A quick video of Nick Winton unveiling the white lion sculpture at the Chapel Arches developments in Maidenhead. It commemorates his father, Sir Nicholas, who rescued children from Czechoslovakia ahead of the Second World War. He was honoured with the Order of the White Lion by the Czech president in 2014.

No, it represents Sir Nicholas. He was awarded the Order of the White Lion, first class for saving well over 600 Czechoslovakian Jewish children from the Nazis.
