Think of how you can protect this young man's life, because the enemies of progress will see him as a treat, never send him to any country to study, let him be supported in Nigeria he will succeed.

Von Braun the U2 expert did this in the 60s and helped send the US into space. The technology is there already, what is needed now is adaptation. Have you considered how Hamas was able to accurately send more than 2000 rockets into the Israeli space? As this youth is passuonately enthusiastic, his zeal has to be harnessed.

Will Nigerian government encourage him? There have been many like him that had their dreams shattered in the past e.g. a yaba tech student who built a holicopter in his final year but was failed in his final year exam by his jealous lecturers in the 80's. He had to resit the exam the following year. A serious government will make something out of this talented young boy that will benefit Nigeria, Africa and the world at large.

This have procedures for it to work.First you have to invite engineers to come up with a solution to make this work, second you have got the logistics to deal with other foreign countries and lastly you have to drop enough budget that is unlimited to have it going.I think that there is a name for a body that should look into some of this dead ideas in this area.Kind of what we studied in the University and also the types of talks that lock various countries into war.
