This past Sunday I visited the Monastery & Sr Wilhelmina's body and I live in the hood in East Detroit - just got back from a rosary walk where I met a large group of kids (about 15-20) to whom I was glad to give Sr Wilhelmina's cards and tell them a bit about her life story. I gave blood earlier in the day and again gave her cards out. The people are so appreciative - they're clearly very moved to see a fellow black Sr. who obviously lived a holy life...
