- SCP 076 is a Keter Class anomaly also known as Able.
SCP-076 consists of two components: a stone cube (SCP-076-1) and a humanoid entity contained within (SCP-076-2).
Terminating SCP076 -2 is often problematic due to its significant physical abilities. Subject has superhuman strength and speed, and although not invulnerable, has shown a remarkable ability to ignore pain and shock, pressing on despite what would be debilitating wounds in normal humans.
Batman is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics.
Batman is the alias of Bruce Wayne, a wealthy American playboy, philanthropist, and industrialist who resides in Gotham City. Batman's origin story features him swearing vengeance against criminals after witnessing the murder of his parents Thomas and Martha as a child, a vendetta tempered with the ideal of justice. In reality foundation doesn't neutralize potential broken masquerade pursuers by doing this stuff. They would first send a memetic kill agent to instantly fry his brain off.
I believe they would first try to contact him for one of their mobile task forces, being that Batman could be more of an ally than a threat

I also don't recall him having any Kryptonite-like specific weakness, other than been overwhelmed with firepower and/or environmental hazard.
So the most plausible way for Batman to beat him would be the same as what the Foundation employs: lure him into a trapped location and using drowning/explosion/automated weapons to kill him.
Batman is also a bullet timer, also dodged Darkseids eye beams

Even before he got a super soldier serum, he was an elite soldier and mercenary with experiance in advanced weaponry, so because he's got such a balanced skillset, Batman often loses 1v1 encounters with him.
He's a Batman and Titans villain, and when he has the Ixion armor, he's a Wonder Woman villain, often mocking her for her outdated military tactics.
Able may be deadlier in close combat then Slade, but Slade's way smarter.
They could be equal In strength due to slade's serum,I also think that he could take the weapons and skill advantage

Now I do believe that he’s gonna be able to make something strong enough to overpower the SCP as he did with bane (the Batman 2004) and Superman (Batman vs Superman 2018)

Bit of a weird one. Not sure if the Foundation would even want to kill Batman (he's really not that strong compared to them, all things considered, so might not be worth the effort in their opinion), and even if they did want to kill him, I doubt they'd send Able to do it. They already have some bad experience with sending Able on missions, it's unlikely they'd want to repeat that and risk Able going rogue, which would push the entirety of Gotham into complete chaos and destruction. Most likely they'd rather spend some years studying him and his behaviour and then attack him either in his sleep or in some other moment where he isn't prepared for their attack. No security is impenetrable, so they'd find a way to get him eventually.

If Batman did indeed share a continuity with the Foundation, I wouldn't be surprised if the Court of Owls was affiliated in some way with the Foundation, or one of the many "groups of interest" they keep tabs on.
