Oh my gosh, thank you!! I blame my parents... they both looked way younger than their age... my mom passed away from Colon cancer at the age of 67 and barely had any wrinkles!
Just a few comments which might be of use . I have frontal fibrosing alopecia so no front hairline and nothing on the pate . I manage for 12 years with a sewn in real hair system . When I had it removed I opted for a hair topper . It looked more like how my own hair had been , but I still had the same issue and I could not tuck it behind my ears as it exposed my hair loss . I love that I can tuck my wig hair behind my ears . I’m hanging on to my topper as there is not really a market for second hand wigs and toppers in the uk . I wore it yesterday after styling it with heated rollers , a combination of a topper wig band, pulling and clipping my top hair across and securing it with clips and hairspray to anchor the topper clips and a curved toupee tape to secure the front. It was fine , but the curls dropped and it took a lot of isopropyl alcohol and a fair bit of my remaining hair to remove it . Seeing the dental hygienist today so I’ll wear it again as it won’t budge in the chair . As my mother used to say , you have to suffer to be beautiful . 😊
Thank you so much for sharing!! There have been times I've debated about trying to grow my hair back out so I could try a topper again, now that there are clipless options and topper wig grips (the clips were the main reason I couldn't wear toppers). I'm so grateful that we truly have so many options these days. I get asked fairly regularly how people go to the dentist with wigs... it is a real concern for many.
Wow…That does look like a full wig😵 What a great idea!! Very pretty!! Also, the ‘like’ button is missing. I’m seeing this on other videos I’ve been watching. Some have the ‘like’ icon & some don’t😳
The silicone used is thin, soft and only a small amount is used to grip the topper to your head without pulling on your bio hair. The most important focus of the design is to stop the loss! The clips used in toppers cause hair loss and they hur. This design is easy, comfy, secure and it allows you to still be you. The front sits super flat so the transition from your hair to helper hair is seamless - no teasing, blending required. Just put it on, pull 1/2" of your hairline forward and go! ❤
I really appreciate your videos. I have another kind of alopecia than what you listed, frontal fibrosing alopecia and my front hairline is back at the crown of my head with very thin hair everywhere else. Wore hair toppers until there was no more hair to clip onto, now wear wigs.
Thank you so much! After watching back I realized I made it sound like those were the only kind of Alopecia types which I knew was wrong, but I didn't catch it until after. I appreciate you sharing!!
I put a link in the description as it depends on the type of hair and whether it's fully handtied or wefted... this is a luxury brand, so they are all a higher price point overall... this one is currently priced at $1700 as it is fully hand-tied
Keep in mind these are "long life" hair products. The luxury synthetic will last a year and a 16 months. The Remy human hair will last 16 months to two years.. The price point is mid range but the design/features can only be found in the highest quality pieces in the industry. You are getting the best of the best at a reasonable price point ❤
I wear toppers because the pressure that wigs cause me is too painful. This looks like it would be the same. But I don't know unless I wore it myself. Or maybe you can tell me if it has similar pressure as a wig does or is it less pressure? Thank you for your reviews of unique items like this ❤
I think it has similar pressure due to the cap being so big.... it is only slightly smaller than a full wig. I honestly think that if someone wanted to cut bangs into it, this could be worn as a wig without any hair showing.
The pressure you're having is because your wig is too small and I am sorry you are having that problem. I have five cap sizes so the fit should be snug but not tight. Reach out and I can send you the caps to see what you think. ❤
@@enceliahair thank you for your reply. Unfortunately it isn't that my wig is too tight. I have a small head and most of my wigs are medium trying to find one that doesn't hurt. I have even worn them completely loose that I could have twirled the wig on my head lol it made it better but then they feel like they're going to fall off. It is very anxiety inducing. The topper doesn't hurt and it clips on which makes it secure. I may try sewing clips on the loose wigs and see if I can wear them. I live in Canada so I don't know if you send the wig caps here to try.
Going to look into this one! Can u please give me the name and site of your favorite wig grip band, so sorry this is unrelated! Just started this process and I’m very overwhelmed!, you are so sweet and I love that you are so very Faithful!🙏🏻❤️
Yes, I did say in the video that these are luxury pieces. I think everyone should have an opportunity to learn about alternative hair that fits their budget, whether that be $20 or $2000 (or higher). ❤
It certainly could.... I can't test it out on this one as I can't wear toppers (which is why I really don't review them as I can't demonstrate them), but I tend to find the all silicone wig grips out there to be a little swear inducing on me, but I know lots of women who love them. For some, the ability to wear a topper with no clips might be worth it, but certainly something to think about. There is an all silicone wig grip called The Wig Fix, which would be a great way to test how you do with silicone. Here is a link to my review: th-cam.com/video/oH5kP8PgNgA/w-d-xo.html
Did you watch the video? I explained IN THE VIDEO that this is a topper and you are meant to blend your hair with it, not wear it by itself. Are you familiar with toppers that aren't lace fronts?
OMG YOU LOOK FANTASTIC. cannot believe you are fifty two. Honestly thought you were mid thirties at the most !!! ❤
Oh my gosh, thank you!! I blame my parents... they both looked way younger than their age... my mom passed away from Colon cancer at the age of 67 and barely had any wrinkles!
Thank you Denise! This is beautiful! 👏
You are so welcome! Thank you for watching!
That looks like a full wig. I love it. I will be looking into it.
It does!! It's as close as you can get... perfect for profound hair loss but not quite ready for a wig
This is really Nice! Very informative
😙🤗❤❤
Yay, thank you!

Wow what a great option. I will check it out for sure
Denise you are my wig hero!
OH MY GOODNESS! It has a rightside part. I'vw waited sooooo long! This might ctually be the one!

It seems like it would be exceptionally hot in the summer, compared to the usual hair topper.

Hey Denise can you wear a topper with no hair? Thank You
I lost all my hair due to chemo and I’d like to know if you can wear toppers with no hair? Thank you so much
Yikes, the price is so high, I thought $400 was bad.
Same here ! Plus I'm Canadian so with the currency exchange it's way worse !
That wiggy "hairline".....it's so obvious.....
@victoriavancartier7379 I'm guessing you didn't even watch the video. Based on this comment. It's a topper. You blend your hair in the front.

@@MarinaLarocheit's actually duty that will get us. That's the worse part. Seems like they pick a random amount to charge.
Doesn"t all that silicone make you hot and sweat ?

The front looks very unnatural. It doesn't convince me at all. Thanks for your videos.
