I wanted to do veggies & indomie & came across this. I made it & was soo good 😋😋. My sis that does not like indomie even enjoyed it. Had to share with her. LOL
my friend did a video on this, and told me to try it. unfortunately, i had none. i recently moved back to my home country new zealand and surprise surprise, some guy gave a pack of indomie to my dad and my cousin (all my cousins are adults)

first. u should perboilbthe noods and take out the water. or steam wash the noodles. so its not healthy. 2nd, you over cooked the veggies. thirdly too much water.

@@sofiaidk9535 the main culprit in insulin resistance which causes a plethora of diseases such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, all sorts of cancers, alzheimer’s, you name it. that’s not to say all carbs are bad. complex, natural carbs are fine in moderation but simple carbs such as sugar, sweet drinks, bread/rice/pasta/noodles are disastrous to health.
