HELP! I just bought one. Too noisy so I know I need to adjust the bed blade but I can't determine the necessary tool & size. Can you PLEASE advise? Thank You!! P.s. its not in the manual or anywhere on their website either 😢

Essentially, there are two screws, one on each side that need to be adjusted.

Does it have a roller bar that leaves stripes?

Hi. No it doesn’t on this model. As it has rear wheels so the height can easily be adjusted without tools. The smaller 16” does have the roller.
