Can UC Chimera be used to find all the hydrogen bonds of Lysine? Pymol often doesn't assign the correct secondary structure to Lysine. It would also be nice to see all the residues in the random coil which form hydrogen bonds. Often the random coil can form a quasi secondary structure.
