Complains about how badly he was abused...
Is suing to stay in the home of his abuser..
Make it make sense, Mike!
Judge Simpson is an American treasure
9:20 The way Judge Simpson’s eye twitched, like he was struggling to process the stupidity 😂😂
You could actually see the sanity leaving his body. Poor guy, I dunno how he does this with a straight face?
Ohh wow thank you, I missed that 🤣
😂😂😂😂😂😂
He actually does that a lot. Usually he blinks both eyes really quickly. Behavior Panel calls that "shutter speed", but it's basically like a computer saying "Processing. Processing. Processing." It happens when he's deep in thought I've noticed. Especially noticeable in the trial where the two teenage girls died in a truck rollover by a set of railroad tracks recently, which has been on a few channels, including this one.
When hear this kid waffle on about life i think of the song " dont cry for me argentina "
Judge Simpson is questioning his existence and why he got out of bed this morning 😂
😂😂😂
I’m going to tell my landlord.. you wanting my money is just a power play
Film it please. 😂
I was recently told that no landlord should ever ask for more than 1/2 the cost of the mortgage from a renter. 🤯 Apparently, the renter is doing the landlord a big favor by paying for half of their mortgage. It’s still the landlord’s asset, so they should have to make part of the payments too. 🤯🤯🤯 Complete and utter hogwash. The audacity.
....good luck with that!....
😂😂😂😂😂
You can’t say your childhood home was a torture den whilst also fighting to keep your free ride.
💯 % This. Kid is outrageous.
That’s what I don’t understand. If it’s so bad get out?
So let me get this straight. The first guy suffered from depression and had to constantly be hospitalized for that depression but he was never diagnosed with depression... Also he states that he is in an abusive household, which he claims is the cause of his poor mental health. So logically, he would need to stay in the household to improve his mental health.
Make it make sense. 🤦♂️🤣
Well in the same sentence he said that his parents essentially think his behaviour is due to mental illness and he claims he has no mental illness and has never been diagnosed…. But then also claimed he did, but that was in high school, but never officially… in essence, bologna.
❤️👍
Blame the parents 😂
@@catherinelynnfraser2001 It's easy to blame the parents, bc trust me - they blame themselves. We had 2 boys - one grew up hard-working and responsible, like we raised him, but his brother took a left turn once he went off to college. Once he dropped out and moved back home, it took kicking him out 3 times for adulting to finally kick in. He drank the liberal Kool Aid and had to suffer the consequences to realize we were right. Oh, and we had told both of them from the time they were in junior high that after high school, if they weren't in college but living at home, they WOULD be paying monthly rent.
I'm a hippie and I worked harder than this guy and paid my own way.
You should probably look up why that was possible, Boomer. You won't, because you're too comfortable in your nice house.
what nice house? I'm disabled and live on Social Security. I came from a poor and broken home and nothing was ever given to me, so your assumptions are 100% misplaced here. And I'm all for teaching people skills to find their own way in the world. I agree, not near enough is spent on the homeless, education, and healthcare.@@IlikeDaCookie
@@IlikeDaCookietf u talking about 😂
I don’t get it. I’m a millennial and we all hated our parents so we wanted to GET OUT of the house. We never would have wanted to stay past high school, let alone stay to the point of an eviction proceeding.
Amen!!!
So right. I left at 16 and never looked back. By 22 I'd married an international pop star and when my mom was apprised of the news, she suddenly decided that perhaps her initial assessment of me might have been overly harsh.
Right. I couldn’t wait to get out. And I was 15 waiting, dreaming till I was 18. Working my a$$ of to get out on my own. And guess what. I did it. And haven’t went back. Definitely didn’t need an eviction to get out. 😂😂😂 thee kids are ungrateful asses.
Lazy and entitled.
My Father's blurb on my 18th birthday card...

"What's your forwarding address going to be so we can update our files?."

Dad has to tell his buddies that his son is a soy boy

Sounds like a good time, that's not bad.
Bad would be staying at the bar all night and coming home drunk and lonely
Strange, usually when you become an adult and you realize your parent, while trying to care for you the best they could, was also suffering from severe depression, you feel compassion. I see now what you actually do is take them to court and try and squeeze out some monetary compensation for yourself. I guess I’ve had it wrong this whole time 🤔
...you did, indeed, get that wrong. You too could have made a fool of yourself as this eejit did ....
Only if you develop a sense of empathy or go out and find responsibility yourself. This guy has neither. Another commenter made the point that he could be a danger to his parents because he'll blame them for all of his failure. He has no empathy, so I could see him turning to violence if he feels he's cornered. He's not prepared to be an adult in any sense of the word.
Jregier is the T-1000 of prosecutors. A relentless, unstoppable, emotionless machine. God I hope he becomes a judge soon. Just imagine the content he could create for this channel. Lol
😂😂I always compare him to sheldon bot from big bang theory
I want to see these mythical spreadsheets. I can only imagine the chaos
So……you’re not letting a flamingo go out with this young man?

I would love to see him in front of Judge Boyd. She would give him a lot of lip services. I seen her handled similar cases like this and she gave some stern words to bratty entitled "adults".
I thought the same thing. He needs Judge Boyd.
She would be also able to maybe give him connections to a real job lol some people need that kick in the ass for that.
@@According_To_MattYes, Judge Boyd would be interesting. Judge E. Lynese Bryant could also be interesting. Judge Bryant might charge him with contempt of court and make him wash her car, which would have certain redemptive qualities as well.
I saw her handle similar cases....or, I have seen her handle similar cases....
As my father told each of my siblings when we graduated high school, “if you don’t like it here in this household, you are an adult. There’s the door, and figure it out!”
100% .
My children all left on their own accord when they were financial.
But the door is always open.
With rules though.
They wouldn't expect anything less.
I RAAAAANNNN!!!
We let them live with us as long as they were in school or had a job or both. They had to pay rent (unless in school full time), obey the rules and treat everyone in the house with kindness and consideration. The rules we had were strict enough that they wanted to move out and they worked toward that goal. I give my late husband all the credit for gradually introducing them to adulthood. They are all productive and kind adults today.
He really thought he could manipulate cause that has worked his whole life.
This kid's entitlement, disconnect from reality, and cluelessness is crazy, but "Antifa" (a stupid term) has nothing to do with it.
Agree. Antifa isn’t this passive and depressing 🤣
He definitely doesn’t have what it takes to be out there on the front lines with antifa.
Exactly this has nothing to do with antifa, and everything to do with a sovcit in the making.
@@fatsolutions it doesn't sound like Antifa or Sovcit to me?
Right?! My brother in law who’s 12 yrs older than me had this horrible way of parenting. Like, no opening presents at a bday party because the other kids get jealous😮crazy! I have one kid at home because he’s in college and one out because he’s grown😊
That first kid...OMG! In my day we couldn't wait to get out on our own. I started babysitting at age 11 and worked steadily right on through graduation and all my adult life. I did have one child that had a few issues (shall we say) and he spent some time homeless and couch surfing because he was NOT allowed to move back in with me. Of course, I kept track of him through the grapevine of his circle of friends and despite hearing some of what he was going through...he remained on his own.
He straightened up, got his G.E.D., joined the military and served honorably, got married and had children, has worked steadily and is making well over $100,000 a year, volunteers time to help others, and he thanks me on the regular for making him accept responsibility for his actions... thankfully it's understood the decision I made in saying "no" was done in and of love for him.
He's very grateful for the lessons learned and is raising his own children to be stable, responsible adults. 💜
Thank you for sharing the situation and how you stood firm and your son benefitted from you holding him accountable. Love that he realized it later and thanked you for it! Those baby birds who want to stay in the nice warm nest, have parents get the food and feed them need to be shoved out of the nest. Ironic how birds know what to do in this type of situation, but many human parents don't.
So, YOU didn't teach him to be a responsible adult. He had to figure that out all on his own. Now he thanks you for keeping him away, which is how he improved himself, because he knows he couldn't have excelled with you. You do not deserve congratulations.
I love success stories ❤
Sometimes a child can get a little lost. But thankfully with some hard life lessons, they do make it to adulthood and do amazing things with their lives. 🎉
@@moonprincessRN
That's not fair. She had more then 1 child. They obviously all had the same love and benefits.
But sadly sometimes there is one that doesn't get it.
I'm sure if it were deeper mental health issues he would have still been allowed at home. You don't know the story.
So stfu. 😁
Law Talk and Boomer Rants with Mike 😂
Yes!!!!😂
He"s not boomer he's Gen X.
Gen-X rants…
Nobody even knows wth boomer means and still everyone tries using the word
When he rants like a boomer, he loses his Gen X cred
hahahahahahaha I'm sensing Mike is not best pleased with the direction the kid's self-directed defense is taking. Of course, I could be wrong. 🤣
Can never go wrong with a Judge Simpson clip lmao
My siblings and I had to work for things we wanted when growing up. My Dad was abusive but died when I was 15. All of us kids wanted out of the house once we graduated, whether to college or jobs. We understood Mom would always give us a home if we fell on hard times. But none of us ever wanted to move back home, no matter what.
I think that young guy realized he was actually going to have to move and was trying to squeeze out some more $ because he has no funds to move and his friends don’t want him on their sofas!
I’m scared for his parents. I hope he doesn’t have access to weapons. I sincerely hope they are taking precautions to protect themselves.
My 20 yr old cousin killed my aunt and uncle because they kicked him out.
I was thinking the same thing! But, I watch too much true crime!
Sadly it has been common lately! I’d be on high alert if I were them…. Sucks 🥺
I bet the kid would never drink out of a garden hose
He definitely has all the tropes of an incel annihilator. Feminine physical features, sense of entitlement, lack of personal accountability, projection, and immaturity.
Karen Spreadsheets is working behind enemy lines, in a bar's backroom. When Winkle took this case, she had no idea it would be her life's work.
This baffles me. I couldn't wait to get out on my own!
At 19 my daughter was in the military in college and facing deployment.
As someone who had really shitty parents, it's best to just get away from them and go completely No contact. Don't give a forwarding address, phone number, social media, Nothing. Let the parents spend the rest of your life wondering what ever happened to you.
Glad you survived and got away.
In the same boat as you...left at 21 with a baby and never looked back and lived a happy and healthy life with my now 14 year old son
The parents are relieved you are out of their life. What a pos
Except, in this case, he only thinks his parents treated him like $hit. Glad you're away from your parents. Im 'lucky' in that my abusive patent died when I was 10,
Oh goodness. I would not have patience for this kid. Judge Simpson is so great!
I’ve seen so many crazy cases this week!
My father abused me like this too while they had a roof heat water food for me he wanted me to work so i could save money. Eventually, i could own my own place im glad they abused me in such to learn under safe conditions how to be self dependent/ being a adult in the real world
This was a great collection of videos today. Thank you
AnTiFA!! Law talk with Mike sounding like old man yells at cloud lmao
Interesting take on Antifa “blowing things up,” Mike.
I’d argue that the young man’s type of thinking is more comparable to Jan. 6 insurrectionists than Antifa, but you do you, Mike.
Just wow! Talk about a clueless comment.
Boomer ranting 😂 I am Gen X and my daughter calls me a boomer too. I am here for the "boomer ranting" Love it!!
Really liked the chatty Flamingo yesterday. She was such a delight

I am a boomer. One of the proudest moments of my life was while visiting my son in his and his wife's house, and the Mrs. mentioned something or other to which my son responded, "My house, my rules!"
He'd heard it before, and learned it. He and his sister and both happily married, own their homes, have children. Life is good.
BTW - he wasn't being rude to Mom. I'd have kicked his butt if he had been.
Lol that marriage is gonna last 🤣
@@randybobandy4816 I guess I wasn't clear. He said it to my wife, his mom. Like I said, not being rude, just establishing the same that had been taught him growing up.
@pault726 ah ok. Lol please disregard my earlier comment! I totally misunderstood. I like telling my mom and aunt to "separate" when they bicker like my brother and I did growing up. Thats always good fun. Cheers to you and your family, paul!
Yes, yes, and yes.
I don't believe the insurance person told her that either. Once she accepted payment from that lady, she signed off.
Antifa has nothing to do with his irresponsibility.

@@LawTalkWithMike No, but there's a lot worse out there. Being an irresponsible adult doesn't give you a membership to Antifa. Besides, I'm an old Boomer.

Mike's maga just slipped out a bit.
I mean I had an abusive parent. I would NEVER live with him again.
I'm woke, and I think he is a moron.
Why live with your abuser ?
It's time for him to move out and start adulting.
We don't even know if he was abused and That ‘“Abuser” paid for him to go to college.
I’m a liberal too certainly consider myself woke when it comes to equity and diversity, but I think this kids are moron, and I think the best thing his parents did was hirer a lawyer to get him out of the house! I don’t think he is a liberal or woke. If he does vote he votes for a third-party candidate, who wouldn’t be able to get a law passed if he gave sexual favors😂😂😂.
My wife has also had an abusive family and there’s no way in hell she would go anywhere near them now or ever again and she was out by the time she was 18 and three days (the three days because she had to graduate high school)
@@veronciasworld I think that’s the point people who were abused would rarely voluntarily live with their abuser. Especially in his situation where the abuser or so-called abuser is the parent and you can leave it anytime!
@myopinionmatters i remember my relationship with my mom not being so great, and I was absolutely wanting to leave. Not sure why this guy would want to stay, even if it means homelessness.
Was I the only one singing, Get a haircut and get a real job?
WHY ARE JUDGES SO SCARED TO ENFORCE contempt!
Half the time they just want them through the court system and weigh putting up with them vs delays that they probably see as unnecessary
The jails are already over capacity.
Mike you should use your great and growing following to find out how much work Ms. Winkles has put in probono on this case out of kindness to not charge her client more than any of this crap is worth and set up some kind of crowdfunding to help make her whole.
You're commentary reaffirmed why my continued viewership. Love it!
Gen X ranters unite!
The young idiot blew it. He should’ve told the judge he needed time to assemble spreadsheets. Evidently that allows things to drag on FOREVER
Holy wow! That's messed up! 😂
The teenager is using his own method of dominance - speaking quietly.
The judges expressions are priceless
I agree with EVERYTHING you said, Mike!! This young man is OUT OF ORDER!!!! your Ukrainian friend, Tatiana
My daughter's name is Tatianna ❤
I think if anyone thinks this young man is an out of order, they have lost their mind. To be honest, I think only this young man is on his side.😂😂
Wow, he must have heard of the movie, "Kramer v Kramer".
My parents paid to have us leave their house. We did our schooling, had jobs, and learned adulting.
Parents being harsh is not abuse. Are there abusive parents? Absolutely! And those kids left asap.
If my parents had this kid, they would've packed his clothes and kicked him out. The courts wouldn't have been involved.
Ahhhh, different times.
This is one of my favorites from you, Mike. I 100% agree with your take on this possible current antifa goofball.
Unfortunately, there are so many of these young people that are brainwashed to believe that the world and their parents owes them something
Your comments have just made me love this channel more. I was already subscribed I now get all notifications!!! Thanks so much for sharing
No offense Mike .. in Australia, that kid would be failed out of any Uni and a credit to this Judge explaining patiently but our magistrates would probably kick him out of court with him paying court fees for wasting the Court's time. (Fees are tiny, more a slap in the face so to speak as that is rarely done)
That kids is a failure by American standards too. Mike is just having a boomer moment.
I just started this stream and you’re on fire Mike! Loving it!
Your commentary on the kid with the effed up "family dynamic" is soo spot on.
I hope that lady in the second case was charged with contemp and someone finds it to put on line.
Omg colleges aren't teaching this unless they have some special crazy classes you opt into.
Yup, Liberal Studies. 😂
@kerbyfab Yes, I'm sure literature, humanities, history, philosophy, and science turned that strange guy into what he is today. (Sarcasm) There are always strange people at every age. Lol

Oh, the mysterious other people. They seem to have a lot of information that it’s important, but you could never quite nail them down.
I need to wrap my head around this. He walks into court, signs the agreement to dismissal if he moves out by the end of January and then argues as to why he should stay? Did he not look at the document he was signing? Coddled. Thats all I can think of. He was coddled and babied and now his time is up.
I think the wacko woman in the insurance case, who was held in contempt, mentioned the other lady’s husband is a doctor because she thinks she should get the entire $6500 because they can “obviously” afford it.
My parents are mentally abusive and used their position of power over me, therefore I want to stay in their home as an adult, as I rebuild my life after just graduating from college. Make it make sense. 🤦♂️
How is everyone in the courtroom not on the floor dying of laughing? I’d be losing it. 😂😂
Why would you have to quit a doordash job over a hurt hand?

It’s a weird kinda privilege that they’re even using the legal system for this. My family was so poor that they’d just kick us out and change the locks. They didn’t do this, but that’s what would have happened if we treated our parents like this kid is.

Preach! It’s truth!
That kid is the opposite of woke or antifa. Mike only knows the right wing’s interpretation of those terms. The original uses are actually on point and people fighting for justice.
When do original terms apply to anything when he's using the current terms? Do you even know how English works. You must be from Europe if you think anyone calling themselves antifa is anything but a huge joke. Which is fine
@@Healcraft the original meaning is still used by black folks and activists, just because maga has bastardized it. Anti-fascism still very much exists. I’m a black American, not European.

Truth bombs on this stream are refreshing.
As a fellow Gen X, you and I usually agree on 8/10 situations. I just think you give a lot of political ideation to people you don’t agree with. If that kid votes, he’s voting for some Wadoo third-party candidate, who wouldn’t be able to get a law if he traded sexual favors for them.
It is ridiculous that any kid (young adult) thinks that their parent not only should let them live at their house, but let them live for free. Or somehow would be damages because the relationship just wasn’t what that kid thought it should be😂😂😂
As far as antifa, it simply means anti-fascism. I don’t always agree with everyone who is claiming to be antifa, but I certainly agree with the idea of not being for fascism. I’m also not for communism aka full out socialism. I actually believe that capitalism solves many of our problems. Because if you don’t like something and enough people, don’t like that thing, then it will not make money, and it will not succeed in this country.
Anyways, sorry for the long, but I do love your videos and your opinion at least eight out of 10 times😂😂😂😂
Antifa is actually fascist. They silence any opinion they disagree with and do so with the power of an intolerant mob.
Yeah, this one dude isn't an entire generation. People have been whining for millenia. They just don't get into the history books. Boomers were giant disappointments to their parents with the long haired hippy freaking. Gen X were slackers. Millennial were phone kids. Etc. Etc.
100% correct. The antifa comment really turned me off. It’s ignorant. I typically love LTWM.
Antifa is the scourge of society! 😂
Also gen X, I love that we can disagree with each other on issues and not loose our minds over it. Nobody’s going to agree with anybody’s takes 100% of the time. This is my biggest issue with the younger generations. They simply cannot handle it if somebody has a different beliefs than them.
How is this even taking up time in a law of court??
Worse than that, he's just lost anything he was going to get in a will.
