Em i am assuming both of you are talking about the panna cotta, in which case syphira is closer on the mark. Panna cotta isn't a cheese but a boiled cream dessert that usually contains gelatin as the setting agent

Also, we serve it both "crunchy" and "soft", the last one is MIND-BLOWING💥; Zabaione: we usually like to eat it with Panettone and Pandoro, which are the main xmas desserts, still MIND-BLOWING💥, and you should try my grandma's; Cannoli: they looked really really fresh😋; Tiramisù: we have 8635483936484 diffrent versions of homemade tiramisù, but I think that the original recipe uses Savoiardi (type of biscuits) and yours looked pretty good, you should try my mother's though;😋 Panna Cotta: W-W-WHAT DID YOU JUST DO?! WHY DID YOU EAT IT LIKE YOU'RE A VACUUM?! WHY?! We just use our spoon and we cut it in smaller pieces and it looked very very good.😂

So, good shops will not make them in advance and let them sit there, they only fill them at the last minute in front of the customer. Once, in Naples, they refused to sell some to me because I wanted to bring them home but I couldn't guarantee that I would consume them within six hours (apparently the limit before they are "ruined"). I didn't even try to insist, out of sheer respect.

I live in Cincinnati, Ohio USA and I have some Torrone that I got at an international store (Jungle Jim's). I just love it I remember my great uncle used to have it in the candy dish at his house.

I make cookies I affectionately call white girls, basically triple chocolate cookies with dark chocolate coated espresso beans and coffee in them with Nutella frosting. That's how much I love coffee
