    As a new graduate student in IO psychology, it is so exciting to not only hear about the problems and trials I will be facing in the job market, but also the tools I'll be using to challenge them. Thank you so much for such an information-rich video!

    Great information, thank you for sharing your knowledge. I have a couple questions:1. How is Performance Management 2.0 implemented, is there a recommended software to inform employees and leaders on how to follow this process? 2. How does the organization know that their leaders are following the Performance Management 2.0 process?

      Did you mean to ask if there is PM software that is consistent with what psychology and evidence tells us what corporations SHOULD BE DOING/PM 2.0?
