Commuting Internationally - How I've Made It Work Being a Flight Attendant & Military Spouse

Come along my journey the past two years of commuting from Japan! I've found a semi-permanent solution to managing the exhaustion of living so far from work as a flight attendant. It's been renting a furnished apartment in base so I have a "home" in-between trips. This video showcases how having a semi-permanent housing solution in base while living abroad is so helpful for a commuting flight attendant. Whether that means a sublease, living with family/friends in your base city, splitting an apt with other FAs, or getting a crash pad. Nothing beats not having to get on an airplane between trips.
