I just got the device. But facing problem with display brightness. Customer service unable to help me to increase display brightness from settings. Even if it is 100% brightness it seems like 10/20%. Can u help me out pls??

No this is something that you would have to call Clover to fix.

I do not like how you cannot do a negative tender without buying a paid app

You can do negative payout without buying an app.
Buying an app is optional.
