I found out that taking off the paint on the floor the easy way is to use a bristle and use it with your feet to make it fun and faster and just pick it up with a vacuum after if that helps, hope from here on out the progress of renovating your home is smooth here on out. 😊🙏🏻
My husband has his own home remodeling business and feels for you guys having had such an unfortunate experience in your new home. He also said that the paint most likely is latex paint and should come off with warm water a rag and a brush (and some elbow grease 😊). Or what’s even easier is putting molding down.
Sorry to hear about your reno experience! Hope you can get some money back. But you are doing such a nice job with the repairs. What is the primer you used on the book case before painting it? Or was it a paint and primer in one?

You & Eric are turning apples into oranges. I know most of this is prefilmed but theres an alternative to the painters tape is Mask & peel. You basically tape it on glass & its peels off.. idk if this is something you guys would wanna try.

Be careful putting things close to your baseboard heaters! They do produce heat. ❤️
