Hey, Mr. Jack,you sure do have patience! Black sand is a big last on my bucket list! Saw a device on Colorado Gold Camp a yr or so ago,that separated it,but ran it thru many times!

Use clean gold sluice, I have 1 with the square pan

Posible part of the black sand is non-magnetic ? Fortunately there wasn't much wind blowing over the blue tarp !

That's the Arkansas river alright! Massive amounts of fine gold and tons of black sand.

I have heard a lot of people say that a Gold Cube with 1+ Dream Mat Micros will do this job easily. What has been your experience with that, Jack? I see you're not trying that here, so is that not true?
