How to Hand Hop | Darren Wong (Kinjaz) | Beginners Guide

- Details: So for the past 4 years almost every day I get an email from someone asking me to teach them how to do hand hops. For me I would not feel right teaching this move because I am no expert at them. Darren on the other hand is. We both grew up dancing together at El Camino High School dancing in the cement hallways, & in garages so I am happy to introduce him to you guys. In High School Darren tore a ligament in his knee which made him unable to dance or even walk for a very long time. Instead of quitting dance(as doctors probably told him) he decided to learn how to dance on his hands. This tutorial teaches you the basics of the move as we will be eventually learning scissor kicks, 1 hand hops and 1 hand scissor kicks. If your lucky maybe well even make a "Super Hop" tutorial =) Hope yall enjoy!

kick from your core not just your legs. You dont even need yo kick very hard :)

Its been 3 months and i still cant do this loool but i will no matter what!
It takes a lot of push strength, other push strength activities include throwing a baseball, carrying a medicine ball up a hill, etc. So a lot of weird muscles are used in this move, most breaking tricks require pull strength which is good news.

+VincaniTV I was just kidding with my comment. Anyhow I'm pretty we're talking about two different moves. The move "Taisuke criticals" was created by Bboy Taisuke.

i think stacks are switching between different freezes like going from a head stand into a hand stand and dropping down to an elbow freeze

+Manuel Hernandez yup exactlty. There is tons of hand hops just you typically only see people do 1 hand hops because it is popular haha Stalks are switching from 1 freeze to another.
