This information was gathered from numerous medical websites, offering aftercare documentation to patients, as some information gathered from realself, from practitioners & additional extensive research. Information from different clinics varied, but all had minimum suggestions, as far as how long to wait before using certain products. It's always best to be extra safe. Thank you for this info. I would like to add, coconut oil is a comedogenic, which means that it tends to cause blackheads by blocking the pores of the skin. This does not mean that all skin types and conditions will be affected the same. For some reason, perhaps due to genetic make-up, some of us do not get blockage from coconut oil base skin care products. However, I would recommend against using any products with such tendencies, especially after Dermaplaning and Microneedling. Why is this important? After a microneedling treatment your skin is vulnerable. Please be mindful that after this procedure your skin becomes a sponge. Best to not use any type of cleansers the first 24 to 72 hours. Only a sterile gauze and cool bottled water, preferably distilled bottled water. Then apply a moisturizing serum or lotion carefully crafted for treatments like microneedling after care and top with a quality sunscreen protectant. Speak to your Esthetician or Dermatologist for what is best for your skin type and skin condition. What is not being said here is, aftercare is to prevent skin damage. If not properly treated, you may cause further dehydration (scaly skin appearance) and more pronounced fine lines or hyperpigmentation issues that will not be treatable, just to mention a few. Think about it. Take charge of your skin, it is the only one you'll ever have. Good luck!
Hello friend, I love your videos, really helpful. I am thinking to get me one of these Dr. Pen but would like to ask a few questions before. I have acne scars and tend to get a lot of pimples still. Is it recomended to use at this point? Also, do I throw away the needle after each use? The nose can be done as well, or no?
Hi please please reply I have some queries regarding this micro needling.. my doc suggested me to take this session and some of my frnds told that we need to do lots of maintenance for life time as am not that rich to maintain my skin for lifetime could please clear my doubt is it safe? Do I need to maintain my faceskin for life time??? Pls respond
