I grabbed a pair luckily and Mine luckily didn't have the glue marks but i think its a QC issue. It wasn't the smoothest release from Nike. Its a great show and agree its a good one to have in the rotation

One of my favorite silhouettes as of late - picked up the Mars Yard and got the beige and brown color ways for under retail on StockX. Bought both Undercover collab colorways as well - too good to pass up!

I had to come back to this video to let you know that I took a shot in the dark and went with the half-size up. I got the neptune green/pollen rise, and this shoe feels incredible. Thank you for the detailed review.
I've purchased a pair from StockX too. The craftsmanship on the toe cap of my left pair were almost identical to yours, it appears that someone used their thumb and pressed firmly to that particular spot to cause that imperfection, or could it be how they pack them in during post production? Mine had a bit of glue stain but not as bad as your. Other than that, great review!
I came here just to see if Sean struggled with the sizing or fit of these new React Daybreaks.. Wifey had to have a pair so we got the Baroque Brown pair for a super steal, a half size up but she still complained of toe crush but the back end was still slipping off her heal so we decided not to buy into these any more, but I like the aesthetics and her pair had no flaws and very minimal glue stains
You definitely need to go half a size up, I went tts and my toes were in agony. I only wore the shoe twice then sold them and I payed resale so lost out about £100. The sole tho is super comfortable and the look and colourway I really like just wish I had gone up half a size, great review 👍
I got the college grey and shaved off the paint and there was no glue on mine. Perhaps they rushed the Mars yard but the college grey are the og Mars yard they tried to cover up so they likely took their time on that.
I ended up getting these true to size because I didnt know and I had to switch insoles just to wear them but now they're wearable and I like them alot very comfortable.

Yo guys bought these shoes with the help/ recommendation of this video, and I gotta be honest… not worth it if your buying for resale price. They were great the first couple of months I wore them but these shoes DO NOT LAST. I got them in April and they completely fell apart by the end of July lol. Granted I was pretty much exclusively wearing these shoes for the most part because how great they felt and interesting they looked (+they attracted a lot of comments lol) but unfortunately they are not built with durability in mind. The entire outsole ripped off from the main suede part of the shoes, due to the glue eventually being worn out. I hand-washed them a few times before it happened which may have contributed so if you have a pair already, DO NOT get them wet, dry wash only! Anyways that’s my personal experience with these shoes, they are sick but yeah man not worth the money, 300 bucks all in (I live in Canada) for 4.5 months of wear… pretty unfortunate. If you’re just interested in the color way I’d probably just say get a pair of Mars Yard 2.0 replicas… my buddy has a pair and they have king outlived my overbreaks.
