2. From 2016 conventional coach production has been stopped.

ICF is made of mild steel and LHB is made of stainless steel. You spoke the opposite.
Stainless steel is stronger than mild steel and has high resistance to corrosion.
I don't know the theoretical difference but lhb coaches are much lighter in weight. While travelling we feel the immediate push by p7 engine whereby the coach accelerates within no time whereas in older coaches much time was taken to accelerate. Lhb is a boon for Indian railways. All older are being replaced by it. Also there is fast breaking mechanism in lhb coaches.
The most interesting is "chapa ke Mar jayega" and sasural...

Many misinformations are there, both of the coaches use airbrake, ICF coaches use Drum Brake while LHB Coaches use Disc Brake

Can you explain the cause of that violent jerks in LHB when ever the the train starts or brakes , it very often catches one off guard! and it negates all the good.very hard for night travellers, still no effort from railways to solve the issue.With ICF coaches one doesn't even notice when the train pulls out or suddenly reduces speed.May be because ICF have buffers between coaches unlike LHB

आपने एक गलत जानकारी दी है।आपने बताया है कि icf कोच स्टैन लेस स्टील का बना होता है और LHB को माइल्ड स्टील का बना होता जो ग़लत है।दरअसल ICF माइल्ड स्टील का बना होता है और LHB स्टैन लेस स्टील का बना होता। यही कारण है कि ICF की तुलना में LHB लगभग 3.5 गुना महँगा होता
दोनो ही एयर ब्रेक सिस्टम पर काम करता है।सिर्फ ब्रेक लगाने के तरीके में फर्क है ICF मे चक्के के उस हिस्से को ब्रेक ब्लॉक्स से जकड़ कर रोकने की प्रक्रिया को पूरा किया जाता है जो पटरी के ऊपर चलता है।इससे चक्के के टायर में घिसावट होती है जबकि LHB में चक्के से सटा कर एक डिस्क लगा होता है जिसको जकड़ कर ब्रेक लगाया जाता है।
