I noticed an inconstancy across devices when using bluetooth card on shake to unlock option. Iphones are very consistent but androids are behaving strange. Some phones with android work flawless where others need a lot of tries to shake and unlock. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all. Now I know the Dahua card reader is not at fault but I was wondering if there is a way to make the android devices work more consistent with the system. The auto-unlock function is not an option because I use the controller on an elevator and it would stop at every floor. If anyone has any idea I would appreciate the help! Thanks!

I try the steps until reach to request through Email
Then nothing Happen
I check DMSS on my phone nothing no cards no option or Menu
