this is honestly the most relatable video I've seen in a long time. all of the things you want to do but they seem so hard in today's world, but you know it's what you need in your life.

OK so it's gratification time. My name is Chase Jones and I am 15 years old. Honestly Jon you inspired me. I always knew I wanted to somehow start something in ministry and not have to wait ten to fifteen years, so I decided on TH-cam but I had no idea what kind of delivery I wanted. And then I stumbled upon "The Godless Generation" and was immediately like this is it, this is how I find my way to witness, so I bought the camera and I got the gear and I wrote and and I wrote but I never found like the opportunity to really get anything off the ground. Until about three weeks where in Bible class I was assigned to be a group leader of a twelve person group that had to have some creative way to talk about God, and almost everyday leading up to this I had been stuck on this idea of "I AM" and we took that and took off the ground and we will be filming eight different pieces tomorrow afternoon, editing over the weekend and probably Monday and Tuesday, and video will be released next Thursday. Now all of this is just long winded way of me saying thank you. You are the one that used the words that God gave you and you inspired someone with it. I hope you take the time to read this and you realize just how much your words have an affect. So thank you and God bless you and Erin (hope i spelled it right, if not very sorry and your ministry.
Amazing again! This makes me remember if I listen to myself it gets overwhelming and yet a Powerful reminder of the One who always sees, always accepts, and always loves if I turn my focus off of me and worrying what others see and only care what God sees. Thank you for your work Jon and having no room for fear to speak it!
I think this video is very meaningful because most of the time one try to show an image of oneself that could be easily misunderstood by other people according to their life experiences or beliefs instead of being open-minded and just feel the message. Thank you Jon!! I've been watching your videos for a couple of days and now I'm starting to see life from another perspective!
i had that life. i hated myself and the only way i could live with myself is to be clever and challenge mentally strong people to escape from. i was a mental case, and when i did escape self harming abuse and self hatred from my past dating way back to my childhood and toddler years. thank god he delivered me from guilt and shame at a current jesus culture event. i could finally accept myself when i proved my self clever but how can i live with myself going against my spirit, a slave to sin. ive done so many things against my will bc i was sick of being pushed to the corner to "figure it out" sense a young age or just plain rejected and alienated. alone i felt peoples hopelessness and i was sick of hearing "theres nothing better in this world" and "how can you possibly understand me if youve never been through it". i set my life to understand why people lashed out like they did and so on. i put myself in a variety of peoples shoes flawlessly mimicing the ideal person. i played many roles all destroying something inside of me. emotionally and mentally abused by everyone around at home and out. done set that life was the was it was. my last decisions before i was saved was like a war & i see how god planned it all. that time it was like the crowder song chains was playing. its a long story but i thank god for pulling me out of the darkness and being my savior. i have stories upon stories and sins upon sins from before. I've been made new and it was all supernatually God. God just answered my prayer about giving me a true friend and the story is totally God. just un believable. plus after being alone like i have its good to get all the "secrets" out its a weight off my heart. glory to god for his deleverance and restoration glory and praise to the king of kings forevermore.

Hi :) i totally apprecate you. I actually dont remember watching this. I know i wrote those words but its like my eyes dont want to read it. I'm forever moving forward. Thank God hes the one working on the inside of me. Im learning so much. Im definitely greateful for the holy spirit i see change & the future feels like its mine . This is Gods perfect timeing, im just so greatful. I could cry . even though i often feel like im getting nowhere , i can see that i have somehow all by God. Im blessed no matter what because of Jesus. May the Lords blessing be upon you. Im lost for words! You bring joy .

Perhaps it's about the pressures of society and how each of us have our own struggles, but if we look to God, we will see His love for us, and hopefully that will change our perspective on ourselves, I think that's what I'll take away
The insight that i get by watching this is being able to distinct one thing from the other. Like, i want to be just but not someone who counts on merit.
+Heber Nolastnameforyou I think that the video was showing a bunch of the struggles teens (and even adults) have with themselves as well as the blame that's put on them and they want to be better. However, it feels like being pulled in a thousand directions at times and all they really want is to be seen, accepted, and loved right where they are in life. People put a lot of blame on young people (I know because I'm only 19) and it makes you feel like crap. A big thing that young people want is to be seen, accepted, and loved right where they are. I think that's the general message.

+Jocash Felder I think it's just daily/personal struggle people deal with. What they are/wanna be vs what society sees/expect. The video is conveying that it's okay to be exactly what we want to be.
Whatever we do, there's bound to be misunderstandings. If you're kind, some people would think that wrong way that you're being a push-over. If you're intelligent, some people would find you intimidating. If you're fun, sometimes you'd come off as a flirt. And if you want to be seen, some would see you as an obscene person.
don't try to fit in with everyone but stand out as God made u to and if God gave u the power to touch people's emotion the way my u do use that I'm and bring them to God and belive and Lord Jesus christ people get baptized repent of your sins and ask for forgiveness and follow what our Lord tells us to do in the bible and go to church brothers and sisters love u everyone
do not seek this from man kind but from God because God already sees everything and more and Father Lord does too.So follow the Lord Jesus christ and seek to be seen by God instead of Man kind
