I make a lot of narrow boats from old cereal boxes. I put about 3 or 4 layers of card one on top of the other glued together and put them in a heavy press. It keeps the card nice and flat and it doesn't warp. I also make some of them waterproof by coating them with epoxy resin.

I done this ship and kept in my showcase, it dominates other showpieces. And i felt proud that i have done myself without anyones help. Came very well for me and i created tittoo of this ship.

First let me say that this is brilliantly done. I followed your steps and got the same results with my son for his school home work. One thing I would like to ask. Is what is the glue you using here. I used wood glue but it takes sometime to dry before I can move to other steps.. Thank you very much.
