Although it wasn't the experience we hoped for, I still was able to capture a mini tour and conduct a review of the villa we stayed in.
The resort is still a great place to stay with a large water park, a few on-site restaurants, and spacious villas.

Sorry that you had a bad experience. Are you an owner? We’re owners at the TownCenter and I’ve been going every year for 14 years….I’ve never had an issue. I love Westgate!!

My parents are owners. We have been WG owners for over 25 years. We have never had this major of a problem. We just want to ability to get what we paid for (an upgraded condo) and have a more modern stay when we visit. Hopefully next time. Thanks for watching 😃

It's free for resort owners and there is a fee for others.

I’m currently at the resort right now…
2 nights ago, 6 or 5 teenagers where doing some kind of tik tok dance at the pool, and they were also playing music.
One of the songs in it literally had the n word, s word, b word, f word.
Why isn’t Westgate doing anything???

My reasoning was explained in the video. To some, esthetics may not matter but it did to me especially when we got a taste of a modern villa when we first arrived. However, I still would recommend staying at the resort. Overall, it’s still a nice experience.
