The scary part is that Midnight Society mentioned they ASSUMED HIS INNOCENCE, and BEGAN SPEAKING WITH PARTIES INVOLVED.......... after that they STILL decided to terminate him.....what info did they find? Docs my favorite streamer by FAR. But we have to look at the WHOLE story not just what we want as fans. I hope that Doc has nothing to do with any of this but I guess time will tell.

Something you guys don’t seem to be processing here. Midnight society didn’t believe any of it, but they felt they had to lead their own investigation to make sure they spoke to several parties involved and came out the other end firing him. which means they found something because we don’t have it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen but if they did find something I expected to come out within the next couple days

I don't believe the accusations without evidence but the fact he's quitting streaming after being accused like this/ makes me wonder if he's running away before the evidence possibly drops. I think that, Twitch staff were violating privacy rights of users and just reading messages, they come across his, fire him, he decides to sue, that goes into discovery, it comes to his attention of what twitch have been doing through that, so twitch says
'OK, we'll pay you off, and we won't tell people what you were doing and in return you don't tell people what we were doing'. I think that's what's happened here. It explains the ban, the reason for the pay out of the contract and the reason for his silence and theirs too, because they could each nuke the other. They could out him as a potential perv and if he speaks, twitch could end up paying far more than his contract was worth in legal battles and lawsuits and possibly even end up in front of Congress like fb and twitter.
This is so stupid they all would be obligated to tell future sponsors of this or they are both opened to further lawsuits twitch and doc. People are sripid

Midnight is holding information from us clearly.. DOC SETTLED it does not mean he is guilty however it does mean whatever they had on him would be potentially taken out of such context and would continuously destroy Docs and Midnights image. So midnight investigates and gets their lawyers and doc to sign an NDA together that way nobody goes down but they just have to split. And of course people make mistakes unknowingly, I accidentally texted a chick that was 17 for two months straight when I was 23 cuz she told me she was 25. And she looked it. It’s a scary fuckin world with demons pretending to be angels just to put you in a path of destruction. She knew she was putting my life at risk but they don’t care, I eventually got the opportunity looked at her ID and saw her real age. Luckily her dad knew me and knew I wasn’t a creep so he sided with me on whole thing. Doc is not a predator. If these allegations were true the text messages would be blasted all over the media and he’d never have a soul following him again. There’s still 1000s of people supporting Doc and that’s because (even tho he’s an actor) he still shows his true emotions on stream and we can see right thru the character he portrays. Hes an innocent man. The devil doesn’t like when people thrive so he will use his legion of demonic people to get in your way. It’s the truth.
The crazy thing is that everything going on and the most important thing in people’s life is to make claims without facts and tbh if anything is ever released then you can act wild but most companies will remove themselves from the situation without a proof so they can say we distance ourselves first before anything was said

It's not to hard to figure out what happened, with a couple things being unknown. Doc was Is inappropriately messing a minor on the whisper app. He won his case against twitch for two reasons. 1st : whisper is supposed to be 18 + and obviously there was a minor that was able to use it.
2nd : twitch looked into people's personal messages and depending the contract might be illegal, so they paid out and everyone was NDAed out the butt.

Doc Defenders need to understand what an “NDA” is about. It was between three parties who agreed not to discuss what happened for four years. No one admits to wrong-doing. The parties agreed not to sue each other. Most likely, Twitch paid Doc & Twitch and Doc paid the female minor’s family. Doc was extremely lucky.
All that will come out of this is that Doc screwed up and was texting a chick he thought was 18. When he found out she was a liar and underage he bailed.
