Your videos on ceramic coating demystified the whole process for me. All the tips and tricks and real time application made all the difference in the world. Just finished coating the trim and wheels on my R1T. Thank you!
Hi, what was the product you used on the plastic trim areas? My VW ID.4 plastic trim gets splotches/spots of tire dressing on it. I don't like how armor all looks on trim and so I don't want to use that. What do you recommend to both clean the plastic trim and treat it? Also what applicator is it you use? If you have the Amazon links that would be great! Thanks!
Fantastic! With the coatings, how do you deal with minor scratches or abrasions? If you compound or polish them, do you need to re-coat the area or panel? And if so, would it match the neighboring areas? Thanks!
How well do those coatings stand up to winter spray? I'm not talking stones, but the sand/salt crap that many roads get in the north. I'm just curious if forgoing PPF is a good idea if the ceramic etc coatings are in place.
Can you do a video on what cleaning implements work best where. For example what is better micro fiber mitt, lamb mitt or Korean microfiber mitt. What is better for glass tight weave microfiber cloth or longer loose microfiber cloth. What is better for drying shami or microfiber towel??

What is the Trim Coating you use?
Can you talk more about what you use for windshields/windows? Is using Rain-X a no-no?
Windsor huh? I'm needing to make the trip with my R1S when it arrives. That is a stunning truck. Now, if I can only decide what color...
Would love to have the opportunity to work on your R1S! Head over to cleardetailing.com to get ahold of me.
Mmm that green looks so good
So good!
Nice! I was always told to never polish the headlights because you don’t want to remove the UV coating.
What trim coating is that???

Do you recommend wrapping the vinyl portions of the Rivian?
What product did you use to remove the compound on the black trim?

So you did not install PPF anywhere on the vehicle? Only ceramic? I am curious as to that.
Did the applicator for the ceramic coating come with the kit or did you buy it separately?
How much would a treatment like that cost? 🤔
