I wish I had the time, economics, and family support to engage in such a journey like yours so, for now, I just kick my own ass at the Gym- I am going to order some of that LMNT to see if I do feel better during and after my workouts- Thank you for all your hard work and content- It motivates me from afar- Continue to have the time of your life.
