@@Footyeditz7863 i took homeopathy drops , coffee cruda and nux vomica which is very common 👌🏻 for sleep, it calms the mind n nerves.. before bed 10 , 10 drops of each in just 6spoon water or in the tounge and after that i was taking plasiflora 👌🏻 22 drops in cup of water before bed time.. this i was taking for 10 days for my sleep when i had sleep every night only for an hour in the morning some how.. now since 7 months im doing good . Cuz i have started doing Pranayam 👌🏻.. breathing in and out 5 times, , kapalbhati bhati 10 minutes.. 👌🏻anulom vilom 10 mints and Bhramri 3 times.. You can check on TH-cam any video or any video of baba ramdev 😃. This is helping me a lot lot lot.. Second thing, good sun light 👌🏻 before 12 noon wala . . And exercise and i walk in the evening 3 to 4 km when i go to buy my veg n fruits.. some stress is always there in our back of mind about life n we have to move on ignoring it, esp for our health.. rat ko jab sab sote he its only us 👌🏻🤣 like an owl bloody awaken 😀..i hate that.. i have insomnia episode coming going for 7 years.. Reading will help and if that is a book 👌🏻 best..or play books se download free mystery books, adventure books 👌🏻.. in a day so one thing jab time mile sleep on the floor n from hips to legs up touching wall.. Find out this one 👌🏻 best for blood circulation to brain and it helps, for 5 mints.. how can j describe you.. Say it's 9 o clock 😃 when 9 comes, you sleep like that n legs up but touching n supported to wall, hand relax n stay for 5 mints just normal.. most imp thing is some where you have disturbed your brain n body time table.. circadian rytham.. wo set he then you have no problem.. body charges, hormones, age and stress n worries works too much in this case.. 6 hour sleep is good and even 3 to 4 hours sleep but if it is deep its good.. don't stick to it ki why not 8 hours 😃. No tention extra for that 🤣.. meet good friends, watch uplifting movies, series and make a good time table 👌🏻 for yourself.. no matter what this is for my body n mind and i will go it and i have to do it.. you will be fine.. nind nahi ayi .. wo pura din mat sochna , remove your mind from there n follow your day exactly.. sleep ayegi wapas 😍 hope pura detail mara he mene yanha.... Relax , you will be fine 👌🏻
