I realized that the Ghost Takatora bullying Mitchy was just Mitchy bullying himself for his actions. By creating a version of Takatora that he always believed was how his brother thought of him, he's berating himself through that fake Takatora. Poor Mitchy, even though it was all his fault, you just can't help but feel sorry for him.😢
All the negative truth bullying is base to the imagination of how his brother react to any situation, to lecturing Ryugen to his wrong believe and actions, realizing shames and point out more errors like the original person does when he understand nothing about Ryugen.
Mitchy is literally one of those characters who actually had roundabout development. Don’t get me wrong, all of the main characters in Gaim had great development, but Mitchy’s was even more exceptional, going from a hero, to an anti-hero/villain, to a hero once again. Not only that, he’s clearly working to be a good person again. As we see in the finale and such, he not only hasn’t forgiven himself, but even the others don’t forgive him yet. And as Oren put it, Mitchy is suffering a type of pain that he can’t share with anyone else, basically suffering in solitude because of his actions. Even when Kouta tells Mitchy it’s alright and that they’d always be friends, Mitchy very clearly still can’t admit that he had the right to be friends with him going into Gaim x Drive, and this goes even further with the Gaim Novel.

Gaim taught me how low people can get especially when desperate enough it leads to self destruction. The saddest thing is that it's not even a ghost of him, the man went downhill so bad that he starts hallucinating him to be his last string of conscious and still reject it. All of this over a girl he will never have and he knew he never had a chance. Willingly kills his friend and own brother that truly loves him.

Whether Takatora's ideals(ghost) was spitting facts or Mitsuzane is able to project Takatora and make him say all that means that deep down Mitsuzane knew he was not going to have his way. He only kept going because that what humans kinda are. We refuse to let our beliefs to be wrong. Copium.
Mitsuzane’s just fighting with himself really. Takatora as seen later in the ending has no recollection of what happened after he lost against Mitchy. So this scene just shows Mitsuzane’s inner conflicts that are personified as Takatora based on what Mitchy thinks Takatora is as a brother: condescending. Takatora never really was like what we see here, at least not with Mitchy. But with how much expectations and burdens Takatora had put on Mitsuzane without ever actually watching over him and guiding him, Mitsuzane’s perception of Takatora was skewed.
