I have the newer version of this remote. I managed to program the AUX button to work with my AppleTV. Is it possible to program the volume buttons while in AUX mode to control the TV volume without having to switch over to TV first?
hey im using a rogers cable remote and i was wonder if it was possible to volume lock that. ive tryed many different things but none have worked. thank you.
Miya Hurt if you press volume button on cable remote and cable remote's "TV button" led lights up then cable remote's vol is defaulted to TV's volume, so if vol only works on tv panel or original tv remote and Not cable remote then do auto search again on cable remote cause cable remote may turn tv off / on but doesn't mean it is the correct code for your exact tv model. hope this helps
Hi, Will this help the sound from going up and down on a channel. We got a new box and we usually listened to the TV sound on 25 now sometimes the sound will go way down and we have to put it up to 80 and then you change the channel and it's blasting. It does this on more than one channel.

I was able to change channels on the remote, just not volume. I tried the video and it didn’t work. I tried the auto search for channels and now o don’t get the channels via remote. Ugh! How to reset remote to at least be able change channels again?

I tried it and it still doesn't work, I just want My volume on the remote to work with the t.v..everything else works.

I'm trying to set up the same remote. my tv turns on and off but I can't change between hdmi.. meaning the video source button is not working...
