No 5 was a winner. Repair man charged £55.00 for 4 minutes work. FFS
I no longer use companies - ie car insurance etc, that do not have call centres in UK. I call before I sign up with them, see how long it takes them to answer the call and then if it is a UK based call centre - if it isn't I take my business elsewhere x
