I have heard that the Dome of Spirits, just outside the dome of the rock, and in direct line with the Shushan/Golden/Eastern Gate lining up with Bible scripture, was the original threshing floor, and therefore the original place of the Holy of Holies. It makes more sense, too.
2:11, These steps was the location we took our Church Group photo the 1st Time my wife and I visited Israel in 1994. On our 2nd trip to Israel in 2016, we were not allowed to visit the Temple Mt. because we were not in Jerusalem on the correct day of the week. Had I known, I could have changed our itinerary long before our trip. Live & Learn!
Interestingly the Hebrew word H4480 according to Strongs Concordance supports those believing from the City of David moved in Zion to Solomons temple in Zion. Granted Moriah became apart of the City of David when Solomon needed room for the houses he built for his wife that its said lived in the City of David until the temple was completed.
Oh how I loved this-especially since I saw a program showing Solomon’s temple in city of David. After seeing all this I’m convinced this is original location of temple. Thanks!
Thanks for your comment. However, here are the facts about the Roman 10th Legion and the Antonia Fortress: 1. Contrary to what some say, the current Temple Mount existed long before the Romans arrived. The Temple Mount foundation, or platform, was first built by Solomon. Then Hezekiah enlarged it. Later, its foundations were repaired during the time of Zerubbabel when the second temple was built. We see evidence of this in the ancient stones around the Eastern Gate. They date back to the time of Solomon, Hezekiah, and Zerubbabel, and Nehemiah. 2. Later, in around 141 BC, the Hasmoneans built an extension to the southern end of the Temple Mount. This can be seen in the Eastern Wall where the bend in the wall exists. There is a change from in stone styles from earlier periods to the Hasmoneans. 3. Then, in around 19 BC, Herod the Great began to enlarge the Temple Mount Platform. He would double the size of what it was during the Hasmonean period. This can be seen in the Eastern Wall as well where there is a seam in the wall. The stone styles change from Hasmonean to Herodian. It can also be seen in the addition as well. Josephus confirms this: “Accordingly, in the fifteenth year of his reign [23-22 BC], Herod rebuilt the temple, and encompassed a piece of land about it with a wall, which land was twice as large as that before enclosed. The expenses he laid out upon it were vastly large also, and the riches about it were unspeakable. Wars of the Jews, Bk 1, Ch. 21, Sect. 401 4. Therefore, the current Temple Mount existed long before the Romans arrived and was not expanded to be a Roman Fort but for the temple use. 5. There are no historical records that a Roman Legion was stationed in Jerusalem before 66-67 AD. At this time the Jews had revolted and recaptured Jerusalem from Roman control. The 10th Roman Legon was then moved to Jerusalem to conquer it. This was a fulfillment of Christ’s prophecy. The city was destroyed and conquered in 70 AD. 6. Facts about the 10th Roman Legion. It was founded in around 41 or 40 BC. It was also called the X Fretensis or Legio X. • It was never stationed in Jerusalem until it arrived to overthrow the Jewish rebellion that had taken place wherein the Jews overtook the Roman Soldiers who were in Jerusalem and regained control. It was the 10th Roman Legion, led by Vespasian, that would win the battle to recapture Jerusalem from the Jews in 70 AD. • From 67 onward, X Fretensis fought in the war against the Jews. It was commanded by Marcus Ulpius Trajanus, the father of the future emperor. The supreme commander of the Roman forces in Judaea was general Vespasian, who was to become emperor during the civil war that broke out after the suicide of Nero in 68. • After the conclusion of the Jewish revolt in around 73 AD, Legio X was garrisoned at Jerusalem. Their main camp was positioned on the Western Hill, located in the southern half of the old city, now leveled of all former buildings. The camp of the Tenth was built using the surviving portions of the walls of Herod the Great's palace, demolished by order of Titus. The camp was at the end of the cardo maximus of Aelia Capitolina.[2] Pace, H. Geva, "The Camp of the Tenth Legion in Jerusalem: An Archaeological Reconsideration", IEJ 34 (1984), pp. 247-249. 7. Josephus clearly describes and clarifies that the Antonia Fortress was destroyed by the Romans when they conquered and tore down the temple in 70 AD: “Titus now ordered the troops that were with him to raze the foundations of Antonia and to prepare an easy ascent [into the Temple Mount] for the whole army” (Wars Ch. 6, Sect 93). “Meanwhile the rest of the Roman army, having in seven days overthrown the foundations of Antonia, had prepared a broad ascent to the Temple” (Wars Ch. 6, Sect. 149). 8. If the Antonia was destroyed in seven days, it reveals that it wasn’t that big. Also, it was destroyed so there is no way the current Temple Mount could be the Antonia Fortress. The original Temple Mount walls are still standing today to a certain height, and therefore, could not belong to the Antonia Fortress. It also would have been impossible to destroy the Temple Mount down to its foundations in merely seven days. Therefore, the archaeological evidence is in agreement with the historical description by Josephus regarding the destruction of the Antonia Fortress by the Romans. 9. We have a quote from Josephus that seems to contradict his other quotes: “And where is now that great city, the metropolis of the Jewish nation, which was fortified by so many walls round about, which had so many fortresses and large towers to defend it, which could hardly contain the instruments prepared for the war, and which had so many ten thousands of men to fight for it? Where is this city that was believed to have God himself inhabiting therein? It is now demolished to the very foundations, and hath nothing left but that monument of it preserved, I mean the camp of those that hath destroyed it” (Wars, Bk. 7, Sect. 375). What does this mean? 10. From these two words, some claim that the Roman 10th Legion was stationed upon the current Temple Mount. We are not certain what monument means here. To say it was the Temple Mount is pure speculation. The context is talking about the City of Jerusalem, not the Temple Mount. Lastly, the word camp is mentioned, not a Roman Fortress. 11. It is vital to understand that when Josephus wrote this it was in 70 AD, more than 70 years after Herod enlarged the Temple Mount Platform. Also, the Tenth Roman Legion never was stationed in Jerusalem until after it was conquered in 70 AD. So, the idea that the current Temple Mount Platform was built for the Tenth Roman Legion is completely false. 12. This quote by Josephus is a major issue for those who believe the current Temple Mount was the Antonia. However, to build a theory on these two words is quite weak. 13. The current location of the Temple Mount was in existence long before the Roman 10th Legion arrived in 70 AD. And again, the 10th Legion was never stationed in Jerusalem until 70 AD and beyond. So the current Temple Mount was not built by the Romans and it wasn’t built to be a Roman Fort. 14. The original Temple Mount walls are still standing today to a certain height, and therefore, could not belong to the Antonia Fortress. It also would have been impossible to destroy the Temple Mount down to its foundations in merely seven days. So, archaeology has proven this description of the destruction of the Antonia to be true as after extensive digs and searching, there are no remains that can be identified as belonging to the fortress. Therefore, the archaeological evidence is in agreement with the historical description by Josephus regarding the destruction of the Antonia Fortress by the Romans. I could provide much more evidence, but this should suffice for now. We are in the process of producing a series of videos that will provide all the evidence on this issue. Thanks again for commenting.
Regarding Christ's prophecy that not one stone would be left upon another, consider what Christ actually said. 1. It is clear in the context of the verses that Christ was referring to the buildings on the Temple Mount, not the retaining walls. Nonetheless, much of the retaining walls were torn down as well to the level that the stones that fell down reached a height of which no stones could no longer fall down. Matthew 24:1-2: Jesus left the temple area and was going on His way [a]when His disciples came up to point out the temple buildings to Him. 2 But He responded and said to them, “Do you not see all these things? Truly I say to you, not one stone here will be left upon another, which will not be torn down.” Mark 13:1-2: As He was going out of the temple, one of His disciples said to Him, “Teacher, look! What wonderful stones and what wonderful buildings!” 2 And Jesus said to him, “Do you see these great buildings? Not one stone will be left upon another, which will not be torn down.” Luke 21:5-6: And while some were talking about the temple, that it was decorated with beautiful stones and vowed gifts, He said, 6 “As for these things which you are observing, the days will come when there will not be left one stone upon another, which will not be torn down.” 2. Again, Jesus was referring to the stones of the buildings. This was fulfilled in 70 AD. Yet those who believe the current Temple Mount is the Antonia Fortress try to convince us to believe that the retaining walls were part of the temple and the stones Jesus was referring to. 3. The temple stood on the foundation of the large retaining walls well inside the walls themselves. It grieves me when I see the deceit of those who should know better trying to support their position by deception and misleading tactics. 4. The claim is made by some that there are no stones of the current Temple Mount that are not older than Herodian stones. This is false, on the Eastern Wall by the Eastern Gate there are clearly stones dating back to the time of Solomon, Hezekiah, Zerubbabel, and Nehemiah. They are misleading and only use the Western Wall as an example. The current Western Wall expansion was begun by Herod in around 19 BC.
I’ve been told that this isn’t the site of Solomons temple ...it’s the ruins of Fort Antonius , the Roman fort from which they controlled Judaea. The true Temple Mount is further away near a stream which was needed to allow for clean runoff from blood splatters of daily sacrifices in the temple.
Thanks for commenting. However, if we use the Bible as our authority, it tells us clearly that the temple was not in the City of David, but upon Mt. Moriah, where the Temple Mount is today. Please read the following verses carefully: David purchased the threshing floor from Araunah, the Jebusite 2 Samuel 24:24-25: However, the king said to Araunah, “No, but I will certainly buy it from you for a price; for I will not offer burnt offerings to the Lord my God that cost me nothing.” So David bought the threshing floor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver. 25 Then David built there an altar to the Lord, and he offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. And the Lord responded to prayer for the land, and the plague was withdrawn from Israel. The Temple Solomon built was on Mt. Moriah. The City of David is not Mt. Moriah. 2 Chronicles 3:1-2: Then Solomon began to build the house of the Lord in Jerusalem on Mount Moriah, where the Lord had appeared to his father David, at the place that David had prepared on the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite. 2 He began to build on the second day in the second month of the fourth year of his reign. After Solomon built the temple, then he would bring up the Ark of the Covenant out of the City of David to the temple on Mt. Moriah 2 Chronicles 5:2: "Then Solomon assembled to Jerusalem the elders of Israel and all the heads of the tribes, the leaders of the fathers’ households of the sons of Israel, to bring up the ark of the covenant of the Lord out of the City of David, which is Zion." Then from this point on, the Ark of the Covenant would reside permanently in the temple that Solomon built, which is also referred to as the house of the Lord. 2 Chronicles 6:10-11 Solomon states: “Now the Lord has fulfilled His word which He spoke; for I have risen in place of my father David and sit on the throne of Israel, as the Lord promised, and have built the house for the name of the Lord, the God of Israel. 11 There I have placed the ark in which is the covenant of the Lord, which He made with the sons of Israel.” These verses clearly state that the Ark of the Covenant was brought out of the City of David to be placed permanently in the House of the Lord that Solomon built upon Mt. Moriah. Also, here are the facts about a Roman Legion being on the Temple Mount and the Antonia Fortress: 1. Lord have mercy Christ have mercy spirit have mercy help us to take part to build an ever lasting dwelling place for you to dwell in Jesus mighty name I pray. Amen and Amen
This video gives the best evidence for the Temple being on the Temple mount of any that I have seen, now can anyone explain how a third Temple can be built there and does it have to be on this spot?
Thank you. We will be producing a detailed video in a few weeks that provides answers to the belief by some that the Temple was in the City of David, and overwhelming evidence that the temple was right where the Dome of the Rock is today. Be sure to watch it.
Factual, archaeology-based information about the construction of the Temple Mount platforms, showing where things used to stand and how they were changed over the centuries. Useful and informative even for those not planning to reign there for 1,000 years
Thanks for watching. We will be producing a detailed video in a few weeks that provides answers to the belief by some that the Temple was in the City of David, and overwhelming evidence that the temple was right where the Dome of the Rock is today. Be sure to watch it.
Wow cool awesome yes Jesus is coming back to earth wonderful The sin and satan is gone from earth thank u Jesus u win like u said before going to the cross
The ark could have been "brought out of the city of David" but taken to the area now known as the Ophel, rather than the area known as the Temple Mount. Furthermore, it is fairly obvious that the walls of the Temple Mount are very similar to those of many other Roman forts at the time. Therefore, it is likely that both Solomon's Temple and Herod's Temple were in the area of the Ophel.
Thanks for commenting. Scripture says that Solomon brought the Ark of the Covenant out of the City of David and then it permanently resided in the new temple that Solomon built. Here are a few verses that show this: After Solomon built the temple, then he would bring up the Ark of the Covenant out of the City of David to the temple on Mt. 2 Chronicles 6:10-11 Solomon states: “Now the Lord has fulfilled His word which He spoke; for I have risen in place of my father David and sit on the throne of Israel, as the Lord [e]promised, and have built the house for the name of the Lord, the God of Israel. 11 There I have placed the ark in which is the covenant of the Lord, which He made with the sons of Israel.” These verses clearly state that the Ark of the Covenant was brought out of the City of David to be placed permanently in the House of the Lord that Solomon built upon Mt. Moriah. Regarding the shape of the Temple Mount being similar to a Roman Fort, actually, the Temple Mount is not square, it is a trapezoid. If the Temple Mount was a Roman Fortress, why would the Romans have destroyed their own fortress? Why are there mikvehs (Jewish cleansing pools on the Temple Mount? Why have they found thousands of artifacts from the Temple Mount that reveal it was the Temple Mount (Found from the Sifting Project, which has discovered artifacts reclaimed from debris that Muslims dumped into the Kidron Valley while building a new mosque at the southern end of the platform in an area known as Solomon’s Stables)? Some of the stones used for the retaining walls date back to the time of Solomon and Hezekiah, along with proof of the expansion of these walls by the Hasmoneans in 141 BC. What was this massive platform used for and why are there so many cisterns and mikvehs found on it. This platform was used for something really important long before the Romans arrived. What was it used for if it wasn’t the Temple Mount? Thanks again for your comment.
@@HolyLandSite As I already stated, the Ophel is also outside the city of David and, therefore, consistent with the verses you cited. The fortress obscures and heightens the natural terrain, which makes the area of the mount look higher than the Ophel. In other words, the Ophel could be synonymous with Mount Moriah. As for your trapezoid comment, many other Roman fortresses were not perfect squares or rectangles and the general size, construction, towers, slotted windows, and cisterns are all common with other Roman fortresses. Also, it has been proven that the stones at the base of the fort are from the time of Herod. Lastly, Jewish teachings require the water for the Temple to be flowing, certainly not rainwater captured in cisterns.
To bring up and out you only need two things Elevation and Distinction of location. Bring up the plant out of the yard = House is not in the yard ? Person in Vatican City: Bring that car up out of Rome = Vatican City not in Rome? This logic fails.

In the midst of Your temple, Walk about Zion and go around her Count her towers, Indicates the Temple is in the midst of the city of David as Zion can walk about and go around her not go out to. Pick a city and ask someone where is this place then say walk about city go around and check her out is it inside or outside the city. -Psalm 132:13 God has chosen Zion (City of David) He has desired it for His home Temple place -Isaiah33:20 seems to indicate the Temple is to the north of the city but in the city as it was built up to encompass -2 Chronicles 8:11 daughter of Pharaoh removed from the City of David that is where the Temple and the Ark are. The places the has bo: to come in, come, go in, go If she goes above the city near the "temple mount" where some people think the temple went if true that would mean Solomon moved her closer to the Temple the most Holy place to move her away from the city of David a place the Ark had been makes no sense logic says the Ark and the Temple the Holy Places is in the City of David and that is why she is moved away from them not closer which is easy to do/understand as the Temple was built first then later her house was built away from the city.
All of which indicates The Temple belongs in the city of David at the north end of the city -1kings8:44 March out prays toward his chosen city and this Temple. Another indicator the Temple is inside the chosen city. If i face toward the country Israel and Jerusalem you understand the later is inside the former we see this type of indicator repeated in 1kings8:48 The chosen land inside that is, The Chosen city inside that is, The Chosen Seat the Temple Gods throne 2Sam5:7/ 2 Sam5:11 / 2Sam5:17 Perhaps David did have a palace on top above Zion but the temple would be in the fortress since it is important it would be protected so would be built around. -2Sam6:9 Arks destination was meant to be the city of David -1Chr15:29 Ark enters the city of David. -2Sam6:13 six paces and sacrifice a fatted(special) Ox. -1chr16:26 7 bulls and 7 rams sacrificed. 14 times 6 paces from the entering the city to the arks destination. -1Chr28:11 Shows it was David's plan used which would include location -1Chr28:19 Makes clear those plans are actually Gods. 1Chr28:23 A foreshadowing of the messiah being crowned twice -1kings9:24 Pharaoh’s daughter palace was above the city of David -Things built above city of David can explain cisterns and some constructions around the area of the place called "the temple mount" -2 Chronicles 5:2 To bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD from Zion, the City of David. obviously the tabernacle could not be where the Temple was being built and the Temple is elevated so even ground level would say bring up or slight incline hill say bring up as the Temple is distinct from The City of David like we see with Rome and Vatican city explains why you would say from the city of David. I don't know how anyone would not conclude the Temple belongs in the city of David
The so-called Temple Mount is the Roman Fortress Antotonia. The real temple was in the City of David. Jesus flat out said no stone would be left (Mt 24:2). Plenty of bricks on the Temple Mount.
Thanks for commenting. However, if we use the Bible as our authority, it tells us clearly that the temple was not in the City of David, but upon Mt. Moriah, where the Temple Mount is today. David purchased the threshing floor from Araunah, the Jebusite 2 Samuel 24:24-25: However, the king said to Araunah, “No, but I will certainly buy it from you for a price; for I will not offer burnt offerings to the Lord my God that cost me nothing.” So David bought the threshing floor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver. Moriah.
There are some issues with Ritmeyers theory. As an example, the Dome of the Rock people completely believe Josephus when he gives the measurements for the stoa, how many columns there were, etc.. He is the only source for there being a stoa at all. But to make this theory work, you have to ignore that Josephus said it was one stadia long and went from the Tyropoeon valley to the Kidron valley. This means the south wall was one stadia/furlong in length. Of course, he tells the width of Herod's Temple as being one stadia/furlong in another place also. So, no one should question it. However, the south wall of the Temple Mount today is 918 feet long from valley to valley. So, they claim that Josephus was wrong. They try to force the stoa to fit somehow in the 918 feet. They choose 650 feet for a stadia instead of 600'. They add porticos on both sides that weren't part of Josephus's description. The North Wall was more likely the North Wall of Fort Antonia, not the temple. However, we probably won't ever know for sure the exact location until the time comes and the Temple Mount can be excavated, but there is a lot of evidence that points to a more southern location near the Al-Aqsa mosque. I would agree that the City of David theory is very easily disputed. templemountlocation.com/locationOfAncientJewishTemple.pdf
Thanks for commenting. However, the evidence that can be seen for the northwest corner, the stones in the walls of the Eastern Wall, and the southern end of the original temple mount platform are extremely convincing. This is evidence that can be seen today even without exavating.

Moriah.

Thank you for this wonderful video. I appreciate all of the visuals with graphics overlaying the current-day topography. It really helped to visualize how it was laid out in those earlier times.
So far,....that has been the most, believable, explanation of the Temple location. I'm still hesitant because of alleged location of the placement of the Arc of the covenant. Also the fact that muslims are going to have a hessy fit if their Temple is removed to build the third Temple of God. I'm having a difficulty with the idea of God's temple being built on such an uneven broken rock as it depicted in the "dome of the rock". I would think that would had been a much more smoother and level place. While I'm in reasonable agreement to what you've shown, I'm thinking the Temple wasn't at that exact spot. Perhaps near by but not there.
Thanks for commenting. Just a few thoughts for you to consider: The rock inside the Dome of the Rock is where the Holy of Holies was. There was a small platform around this that made it flatter. We will be producing a video in a few weeks that will show in more detail how it worked, along with much more evidence. Regarding the Muslims' reaction to a temple being built on this site, we must remember that God specializes in miracles so He receives all the glory. He has done this all throughout the history of the Bible. He won't need any help from humans to accomplish His sovereign plan for the end times. Thanks again for watching. God bless.
@@HolyLandSite while this is a reasonable explanation I still have a caution in my Spirit. I could spend a few hours asking questions but I think there is something missing and until that is uncovered I will remain sceptical. Thank you, I hope the answers will come quickly.
@@donlute3444 It's not a salvation issue so it shouldn't cause us anxiety. It's important to know because so much history has happened here, and much more is yet to come. But again, it's not a salvation issue.
@@HolyLandSite yes you are right. It not a salvation issue, in fact I didn't bring it up as a salvation issue nor is anxiety any part of it. It is a truth an accuracy issue. Not anyone need to join in but it is for me. Not anxiety, just truth. This issue of the Temple location is something I read about in the 1970's. You and I are living it today. The ending of it was that the location was not where believed but where not expected. I'm waiting, watching.
Leen Ritmeyer's model has been proven wrong. Why are we still talking about it? For those who say this is excellent, tracing the Temple merely by walls and measurements alone is not the right method. We have lot of other things to consider. 1. Alignment to Bible 2. Water flow to the Temple 3. Archaeological discoveries 4. Alignment to Josephus Ritmeyer's model fails all the above four.
That's where the roman army stayed. The temple was further down the hill. You need to look into the geon springs.. it's not where you are standing sr. They are involved in an archaeological dig just down over the hill from where you were standing
They won’t listen Josephus Gabe the account that after Titus destroyed the temple it would not have been know a temple stood there but when the crusaders came and saw the mosque that was there they said it was where the temple stood.
Thanks for your comment. We plan to do a video series that deals with the biblical, archaeological, historical, and geographical reasons why the original temple was not in the City of David and is on the Temple Mount. In the meantime, please watch both part 1 and part two of this series. The Bible in and of itself proves that the original temple was not in the City of David. If we use the Bible as our authority, it tells us clearly that the temple was not in the City of David, but upon Mt. Moriah, where the Temple Mount is today. Following are some biblical and archaeological reasons. As mentioned, more is to come in our next video series. The Temple Resided on Mt. Moriah, Not in the City of David: David purchased the threshing floor from Araunah, the Jebusite 2 Samuel 24:24-25: However, the king said to Araunah, “No, but I will certainly buy it from you for a price; for I will not offer burnt offerings to the Lord my God that cost me nothing.” So David bought the threshing floor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver. Moriah. The Requirement for Living Water: Biblical law identifies only three instances in which purification is to be accomplished with the use of running water, or living water: defilement by a corpse (Num. 19:17), by a non-routine bodily discharge (Lev. 15:11), or by leprosy (Lev. 14:5, 50). In these instances, part of the purification process requires use of water that flows continuously. In all other cases of defilement, purification is accomplished by washing in water, without any requirement that it be running water. There were massive cisterns on the Temple Mount, plus other large pools north of the Temple Mount as well. All these water sources provided more than enough water for the temple use. The need for living water was met by the close-by pools that had living water running through them (example of the Pool of Bethesda and Siloam). Additionally, there were aqueducts from Bethlehem to the Temple Mount that were in existence in at least 250 BC, long before the Romans arrived, that supplied living water to the temple. Lastly, the Temple Mount existed long before Herod enlarged it. So, my question would be, what was this massive platform used for that dates back to the time of Solomon? Not One Stone Left on Top of Another: It is clear in the context of the verses that Christ was referring to the buildings on the Temple Mount, not the retaining walls. Not one stone will be left upon another, which will not be torn down.” Luke 21:5-6: And while some were talking about the temple, that it was decorated with beautiful stones and vowed gifts, He said, 6 “As for these things which you are observing, the days will come when there will not be left one stone upon another, which will not be torn down.” Again, Jesus was referring to the stones of the buildings. This was fulfilled in 70 AD. The Location of the Threshing Floor: The Bible states that the threshing floor was on Mt. Moriah, the same place where Solomon built the temple. The City of David is not Mt. Moriah and is never called by that name. The place where the rock is was not where the threshing floor was. It was located just to the east in a flat place. The top of the rock is where the Holy of Holies was. Temple Mount was the Roman Antonia Fortress: If this is the case, why would the Romans have destroyed their own fortress?
@@HolyLandSite I would love to accept it but there’s one problem Micah 3:12 KJV [12] Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest. And Titus did this by removing the foundation of the temple even Josephus said himself that one would not think a temple stood there.
You've obviously done a lot of research to arrive at the conclusions you have. Incidentally, nice presentation by the way ;) But there are a few problems I can see with your conclusions that Ezekiel's third Temple would necessarily be built at that site of the current Dome of the Rock's location on Mount Moriah. I'll cover as many points that I can that will fit in this commentary section but may need to extend it to a number of comments above this one which I'll simply say is 'continued' from this one - if it becomes necessary - due to perhaps considering additional things I may not have thought of until now. I haven't given it a great deal of thought until relatively recently, when I left a comment at another you tube vid about the second temple - which I'll cite below if there's space to do so - or a further comment above this one - but I am aware of those who claim the 2nd Temple [i.e. Herod's refurbished Solomon's temple of the first century AD ] was within the City of David. I could use the disclaimer that I'm totally unfamiliar with Jerusalem of today or its environs if any of these point I will make are not relevant - since I've never been to Jerusalem nor likely to go by my own meager means - but we'll see how things go shall we? Ok. The location that the saints of Revelation 20:1-6 will seemingly rule from would seem to be on Mount Zion according to both Isaiah's contemporary prophet Micah and the prophet Joel, as follows: "But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it. And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more." [Micah 4:1-3] This quote from the book of Micah [ without the Roman Catholic "chapters and verses of the bible" ** numbering system - which I've deleted on purpose from the KJV copied directly from Biblegateway's bible library website] is almost a carbon copy of Isaiah 2:1-4 - but Micah adds additional details to his prophecy as follows: "In that day, saith the Lord, will I assemble her that halteth, and I will gather her that is driven out, and her that I have afflicted; And I will make her that halted a remnant, and her that was cast far off a strong nation: and the Lord shall reign over them in mount Zion from henceforth, even for ever. And thou, O tower of the flock, the strong hold of the daughter of Zion, unto thee shall it come, even the first dominion; the kingdom shall come to the daughter of Jerusalem." [Micah 4:6-8] Now in order to establish a matter you need at minimum of at least 'two witnesses' according to Jewish tradition. [Deuteronomy 19:15 OT, Matthew 18:16. 2 Corinthians 13:1, I Timothy 5:19, Revelation 11:3 NT] So, accordingly, here's the 'second witness' for the Mount Zion location: "The Lord also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the Lord will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel. So shall ye know that I am the Lord your God dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through her any more. And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall come forth out of the house of the Lord, and shall water the valley of Shittim." [Joel 3:16-18] But there's also a third 'virtual' witness and, that being, that the resurrected saints are depicted in the apostle John's visions - to be standing on Mount Zion - with the 'Lamb' of God: "And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads." [Revelation 14:1] That concludes point #1 now we come to point #2 and that is, that Ezekiel's third Temple has a waters source coming from directly beneath 'the house' of the one whose presence is shown in Ezekiel's visions to be speaking to him from within that 'house' - the same house presumably - that Isaiah chapter 2:2 and Micah 4:1-2 speak of but in which Ezekiel hears these words that establishes that 'a throne' will be within that house for the inhabitant to rest his feet - paraphrased slightly from Ezekiel 43:4-7 as follows: "And the glory of the Lord came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east. So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house. And I heard him speaking unto me out of the house; and the man stood by me. And he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places." But notice verse 2 of Ezekiel 43 in particular: "And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with his glory." Where else do we find someone coming from 'the east to west like lightning' and perhaps 'lighting up' the earth as he does so? "For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other." Now, what is currently 'east' of Mount Zion to which the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob will come to - that He ascended from and will return to - according to the two angels in Acts 1:9-12 as follows: "And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey." *to be continued above this comment. ** Two Roman catholic cardinals are apparently credited with inventing or introducing the 'chapters and verses' numbering system that was adopted by all bibles after the 1200's AD seemingly that in effect, 'divides' prophetic scriptures from one another at somewhat erratic rhetorical points, giving inappropriate beginnings and endings of prophecy arbitrarily often where the subject matter and textual content suggests otherwise - as scholars and critics point out relatively astutely [ in their own way] under the heading; 'Christian versions' of the Wikipedia article Titled; 'Chapters and verses of the Bible'
I thought the entrance of the temple was directly in line with the eastern gate which was walled up. The model you show also show consistency with the entrance of the Holy of Holies.

@@PrevailingFreedom First the dimensions were around 150m long by 80m wide, with walls about 20m high. Each corner had a high tower at 20 meters high. This was the typical design of a Roman fort. You can visit any existing Roman fort and the size and dimensions are the same. Second, the historian Josephus said it dwarfed the temple. Third Josephus wrote that the temple was completely destroyed to its foundation. This is also backed up by the prophecy of the Son of Man where he said about 40 years in before it happened; "See ye not all these things? Verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down." So, thats were my brothers and sisters are pray to is the western wall of Fort Antonia. Fourth, it order to enter the temple they would have to be ritually clean. The place they did that was at the spring of Gihon. It was written; the water of spring came from underneath the Holy of Holies. Scriptural references require a water source to be associated with the Temple and its function. Hate to tell you this but that's on the far western side of the temple mount. If they had to walk over a km they would be ritually clean. Me wrong on this? Hardly! We are currently preparing to do a series on why the current Temple Mount is the true location of the original temple. In the meantime, you might find some of our research on this subject very convincing. Here are the facts about why the Temple Mount Platform was not a Roman Fortress nor the Antonia Fortress: 1.
I personally disagree that the Temple Mount is the location of the original temples...The “threshing floors” wouldn’t be that far from the City of David and it would also be flat--the stone on the dome of the rock isn’t flat at all. There’s also no evidence that the Jews wouldn’t have built the temple so far from the naturally occurring spring still located in the City of David. But most importantly, Yeshua stated that not one stone would be left when the temple was destroyed....so either Yeshua was wrong OR the current Temple Mount is not the location of the second temple. The Temple Mount was left there because it was a base of the Romans.
Thanks for commenting. The Bible states that the threshing floor was on Mt. Moriah, the same place where Solomon built the temple. The City of David is not Mt. Moriah and is never called by that name. The place where the rock is was not where the threshing floor was. It was located just to the east in a flat place. The top of the rock is where the Holy of Holies was. The temple resided on Mt. Moriah, not in the City of David: Scripture says that at the dedication of the temple that Solomon built that the Ark of the covenant was brought out of the City of David to the temple: "Then Solomon assembled to Jerusalem the elders of Israel and all the heads of the tribes, the leaders of the fathers’ households of the sons of Israel, to bring up the ark of the covenant of the Lord out of the City of David, which is Zion" (2 Chron. 5:2). If the Ark was brought out of the City of David to the temple, then the temple could not have been in the City of David. In the context of these verses, it is clear that the Ark of the Covenant was brought out of the City of David and then permanently housed in the temple Solomon built on top of Mt. All these water sources provided more than sufficient amount for the temple use. The need for living water was met by the close-by pools that had living water running through them (Pool of Bethesda and Siloam). Not One Stone Left on Top of Another: It is clear in the context of the verses that Christ was referring to the buildings on the Temple Mount, not the retaining walls. Not one stone will be left upon another, which will not be torn down.” Luke 21:5-6: And while some were talking about the temple, that it was decorated with beautiful stones and vowed gifts, He said, 6 “As for these things which you are observing, the days will come when there will not be left one stone upon another, which will not be torn down.” Location of the Threshing Floor: The Bible states that the threshing floor was on Mt. Why are there mikvehs (Jewish cleansing pools on the Temple Mount? Why have they found thousands of artifacts from the Temple Mount (found from the Sifting Project) that reveal it was the Temple Mount? Some of the stones used for the retaining walls date back to the time of Solomon and Hezekiah, along with proof of the expansion of these walls by the Hasmoneans in 141 BC. What was this massive platform used for and why are there so many cisterns and mikvehs found on it. This platform was used for something really important long before the Romans arrived. What was it used for if it wasn’t the Temple Mount? Thanks again for your comment. We will be producing a detailed video in a few weeks that provides answers to the belief by some that the Temple was in the City of David, and overwhelming evidence that the temple was right where the Dome of the Rock is today. Be sure to watch it.
Moriah.
@@HolyLandSite your site is ft antonio... josephus gave accurate description of where it was located. the temple was located by the gihon spring... and the fact that jesus said there will be no stone stacked on another when clearly the western wall is still standing. and the rock inside the mosque is not a threshing rock.
Thank you very much for this very informative video. What is also worth considering is the fact, that the two tunnels which are starting at the gates at the southern wall are ending at the 500 cubit square. These were supposedly the main entrances to the temple mount. In my opion that is additional proof for the location of the Temple on the side of todays Dome of the Rock.
Thank you so very much for such a wonderful and insightful video, I have a question, as shown in the video, The Most Holy Place was where that mosque is at the moment, hence, The Third Temple MUST be built right there?. God bless
@@HolyLandSite Thanks for the reply, just watched part 2, once again thanks for these most wonderful videos, may God continue blessing your ministry, in Jesus' Holy Name, Amen.
Why are there many old maps of Africa that have all biblical names on them? Sion, Bethlehem, Ammon, Jerusalem, Rehoboth, Beersheba, Syria, Jordan, Philadelphia, Pella, Moriah, Bethany, Gibeon, Daniels Kuil, Harode and Agag.
They wrote books make lots of money on them so the Temple Mount has to be right , yet the Bible tells us clearly it was in the city of David.. it’s not a salvation issue so believe what you want, we will find out soon enough. God bless

Great video.I would like to thank you for the efforts you have made to make this videos. It becomes very easy to understand things when we see the locations with details explained. Thank you
According to Ron Wyatt the Ark of the Covenant is located under Golgotha where Jesus was crucified. After the earthquake, his blood fell about 20 feet under ground and unto the mercy seat!
Jesus was niether Crucified nor murdered but Allah take him away on the sky and will be come when Allah want to kill the. antichrist. Hope you will not be hearted.
Continuing where I left off from my previous comment below I’ve decided to cite the You Tube video channel about the Second Temple here - first up - instead of including it at the end of the first comment as a sort of ‘header’ to the points I’ll make here - because I pretty much covered why Ezekiel’s third Temple will be built after Jesus returns and most likely not on any part of the Dome of the Rock location - which seemingly doesn’t have a water source that would account for a mighty river flowing from it out through the Middle Eastern Deserts to the dead sea. Link to the You Tube channel I commented at: "Ancient Jews Rebuild the Temple Unpacked • 96K views They may lack the celeb status of other biblical figures, but Ezra and Nehemiah were major players in the Jewish story. Despite being relegated to the last pages of the Bible, they were men." All that is necessary to point out here by way of conclusion is the ‘common denominator ‘among many of the prophets, not the least of which is Ezekiel’s 47th chapter showing water issuing from beneath the chapter 43:7 throne location - throughout the Middle Eastern deserts. Which I’m pretty confident I’ve established as mount Zion through Micah and Joel’s prophecies already but here are the other prophets accounts also as back-up and all quotes are from the KJV but without the Roman Catholic cardinal’s chapters and verses numbering system as I prefer to quote without that distraction - but still use it for locating and quoting scripture nevertheless: Isaiah 30:25-26 [plus all of Isaiah chapter 35 which I won’t quote here due to its length.] “And there shall be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall. Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the Lord bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound.” Note that the book of Revelation also covers when the sun will be affected to such an extent that it will scorch human beings - but perhaps not all - because it is seemingly after Jesus has already returned [Revelation 14:1] and after the mount of Olives has been split into two halves in Zechariah 14:4-5 and after the saints have been resurrected and the return of all the prophets as well. [Revelation 11:12-18] “And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory. And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain, And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.” [Revelation 16:8-11] Zechariah notes in his 14th chapter prophecy that water will flow from Jerusalem out to the Dead Sea sometime after Jesus [i.e. Zechariah’s ‘Lord my God’ in Zechariah 14:4-5] has come to set foot on to the Mount of Olives: “And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be. And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one.” [Zechariah 14:8-9] The relevant part of Joel 3 again: “And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall come forth out of the house of the Lord, and shall water the valley of Shittim.” [Joel 3:18] I’ve no idea where the valley of Shittim is but there will be an immense valley in between the two halves of the mount of Olives for the survivors of the modern day Jerusalem siege [Zechariah 12:1-9] to flee to - escorted by Jesus and the saints [Zechariah 14:5] and logically, if Jesus' throne is on mount Zion the waters from that throne will flow through that split mount of Olives ‘valley’ also - in order to reach the dead sea and desalinize it - as Ezekiel seems to show: ” Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed. And it shall come to pass, that every thing that liveth, which moveth, whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; and every thing shall live whither the river cometh. And it shall come to pass, that the fishers shall stand upon it from Engedi even unto Eneglaim; they shall be a place to spread forth nets; their fish shall be according to their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many. But the miry places thereof and the marishes thereof shall not be healed; they shall be given to salt. And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.” [Ezekiel 47:8-12 The most logical water source from which massive amounts of water will flow to the Middle Eastern deserts therefore - would be the Gihon spring - which is not located on Mount Moriah to my understanding. End of comment - and readers may draw their own conclusions - but I’ve stated mine as clearly as I’m able or capable of doing.
@@DanielAbrantes20 Hi Daniel Are you aware that there are some who claim that Mount Moriah was supposedly actually part of Mount Zion and was renamed mount Moriah at some point? I saw a video on you tube that raised that point at one time but that was a long time ago. I'm simply pointing out that the Gihon spring would logically be the water source that could account for the common denominator for all the Old Testament prophets that show water flowing out to Middle Eastern deserts to the dead sea. There is another point I raised recently too - How much of modern day Jerusalem that is visible today is from the original city from the first century? The Jews clearly believe the wailing wall to be part of the original Temple and not part of the Antonio fortress - otherwise they wouldn't be leaving written prayers in cracks in the building blocks or praying before a Roman fortress wall. The Pastor presenting his view here is that at least part of the wall surrounding the Dome of the Rock Muslim Mosque location was from the original Temple of Solomon mostly because the building blocks are from either Solomon's era or the Post Babylonian era when the second Temple was rebuilt under Zerubbabel, Ezra, Nehemiah and the two prophets Haggai and Zechariah in Artaxerxes reign. But even then some claim that Artaxerxes was just a title and not the name of a king. But if Jesus' prophecy that not one stone left standing upon another was only in reference to the second Temple and not the city of Jerusalem as well - who's to say that later builders did not use many if not most of the building blocks freely lying around for the taking - from whatever era they were originally made - to form new buildings - i.e. the rebuilt Jerusalem we see still standing today? I do a lot of recycling of old building materials myself and I wouldn't hesitate to make use of free building materials that were scattered all over my location - provided I had the means to lift them up - in the case really heavy stone blocks ;) I'm not disputing anyone's claims whatsoever. I'm simply pointing out how the scriptures of Both Old and New Testaments reads to me personally. Some might claim I'm a heretic for the views I present - well let them claim whatever they like - that's no concern of mine - our Lord was called much worse than that in His day. I've never once been hostile to anyone that I've approached about their teachings and yet I was met with hostility from them when I presented my understanding of scripture that was a little different to theirs in a number of points. The majority of these encounters were from fellow Christians who are supposed to preach love, patience, compassion and tolerance for other human beings no matter what their beliefs or religion - at least that's my view - so 'go figure' as Americans would say [ I have an American friend tho I'm Aussie] because I don't understand where all that hostility is coming from - but it's certainly not coming from a love based view I'd guess. Or if it is its a distorted view of love toward neighbour at best.. lol... the spell checker on you tube wants me to put neighbor - but then that's not KJV English is it? ;) Changing the subject slightly - but in line with my different or heretical views ;) - One of the things that really surprised me about the New Heaven and New Earth that Isaiah first recorded in Isaiah 65:17 & 66:22 and taught about by the apostle Peter in 2 Peter 3:13 that actually puts Malachi 4:1-3 into its true time-frame as being when the current Earth's elements melt by a global fire evidently - after the thousand year reign of our Lord Jesus - is that the New Jerusalem spoken of in Revelation comes or descends down to the 'New Earth' and, guess what it shows in that 'new' earth - Water flowing from the Throne of God almost exactly as Ezekiel recorded in Ezekiel 47 but with one 'new' different addition i.e. 'the tree of life' or as it seems to read here - perhaps more than one tree of life on either side of the river: "And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever." [Revelation 22:1-5] What does the book of Ezekiel and the book of Revelation have in common? There are a number of things and water flowing from the throne of God is just one - but one other thing both prophets share is that they were both taken up into a high mountain to view the things they saw in their visions: "In the visions of God brought he me into the land of Israel, and set me upon a very high mountain, by which was as the frame of a city on the south." [Ezekiel 40:2] "And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God," [Revelation 21:10] Where in all of Modern day Jerusalem is there a very great and very High mountain? Don't see one? This is pure speculation on my part below: What might happen to Both mount Moriah and Mount Zion i.e. the city of David location when Zechariah's 14:5 and Revelation 11: 13's Earthquake which I believe to be one and the same Earthquake - since both are recorded to occur at the time of the resurrection of the saints - destroys a tenth of modern day Jerusalem in the vicinity of Mount Zion? We've seen many times what odd things tectonic plate shifts can do - but interestingly the prophecy of Zechariah 4 shows what I believe to be a resurrected Zerubbabel either figuratively or actually levelling the top of a great mountain into a plain: "Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts. Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it." [Zechariah 4:6-7] Zechariah shows what I believe to be tectonic plate movement in Zechariah 14 also and a 'raised' plain: "All the land shall be turned as a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem: and it shall be lifted up, and inhabited in her place, from Benjamin's gate unto the place of the first gate, unto the corner gate, and from the tower of Hananeel unto the king's winepresses." [Zechariah 14:10] The question I would raise therefore is would Mount Zion be part of that raised plain spoken of? i.e. higher than the current Mount Zion and even the two split halves of the mount of Olives in height? I guess we'll just have to wait and see - but interesting times are ahead for our modern age nevertheless. ;)
Temple in the city of David 52 supporting scriptures from The Tanakh aka Old Testament -1Kings8:16 Chosen city for my Temple to be built IN - David is chosen to lead people but David is also a city and the Temple leads the people of Israel. Chosen Temple Location David city. God has landed in David The City. -Psalm 3:8 Salvation belongs to the LORD -Psalm 28:8 The LORD is the strength, stronghold of salvation for His anointed. -Isaiah 46:13 God brings righteousness and salvation in Zion for Israel Gods glory (God is Salvation Zion is the city of David where the Temple resides) -Psalm 14:7 Salvation = God, comes from Zion = city of David and restores Israel (Psalm 53:6)
-Psalm 62:7 God is salvation glory: the rock of strength, refuge is in God. -Isaiah 14:32 The LORD has founded Zion, where His afflicted people will find refuge.” (In God is refuge Zion city of David is God in his Temple) -1 Kings 5:5 Temple has the Name of the Lord. Temple and Gods name same place -Proverbs 18:10-11 Name of God =the Temple is safety strong tower/castle a actual fortified city - a man see his wealth like a fortified city but is false not safe at all. (Shows mans error) -2 Samuel 22:2 "The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer. -Psalm87 God founded His city on the holy mountains (City of David) he loves the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob those born in Zion Most High Himself will establish her and will record who was born in Zion -Isaiah 4:5 God will create over all of Mount Zion= City of David and over her assemblies a cloud of smoke by day and a glowing flame of fire by night. For over all the glory there will be a canopy (Psalm27:5) At Gods Tabernacle/Temple -Psalm27:5-6 For in the day of trouble He will hide me in His shelter; He will conceal me under the cover of His tent; He will set me high upon a rock. Then my head will be held high above my enemies around me. At His tabernacle his dwelling the Temple which Isaiah4:5 says is in Zion the city of David -2 Chron 7:1-3 Lord filled the Temple with Himself (Isaiah 33:5-6 God has filled Zion with himself ) Zion the city of David is full the full Temple inside the city is full -1kings8:27-29 Shows Gods house Temple is his earthly seat the kings throne room. And it shows/explains what is meant when God said in 1kings8:16 "temple in which to live". -Psalm 102:16 For the LORD will rebuild Zion; He has appeared in His glory. -Psalm 102:21-22 Proclaim the name of the God in Zion (Present the Temple in City of David) which is the assembly place -Psalm 51:18-19 cause Zion to prosper; build up the walls of Jerusalem. (Same place) Then You will delight in righteous sacrifices, in whole burnt offerings = Temple service -Psalm122 Jerusalem is built up as a city united together where the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD = City of David to give thanks to the name of the LORD.=Temple house of David - peace of Jerusalem within your walls inside your fortresses.” “Peace be within you. ”For the sake of the house (Temple) of the LORD our God -Psalm 48 LORD of hosts, in the city of our God City of David he will establish her forever.
According to our apostle paul’s ministry in The King James Bible,we are only saved by believing The Gospel of Jesus Christ,1st Corinthians Chapter 15 verse 1-4.Jesus Christ died on the cross, spilled His Blood for all of our sins, was buried and rose again on the third day.Jesus Christ Spilled Blood is what saves you when you believe this plan of salvation with your heart.
Thanks for your comment. However, here are the facts about the Temple Mount being a Roman Fortress: 1.
I have a question, So the wailing wall is not part of the original temple, is that correct ? Was the waling wall built later by the Romans after the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 CE ???
If first temple of Solomon is Temple Mount. How does temple malchizadek fit in? Would malchizadek temple be first and Herod massive expansion be the second Temple Mount?? Seems malchizadek temple only found 20 or so yr ago and most explanation of temple one ,two , three was done without knowing of malchizadek. Which is closer to gihan spring.
Luke 21:24 They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled(A) on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
Futile issue⚠️Our temple was torn and build up in 3️⃣ days. He is Yeshua/Jesus✝️✡⚰ Not even one stone has been left of the old temple on another stone according Yeshua/Jesus
@mal'akh ha abaddon Really? Please read New Testament and refute me. Which part of the claim was false? Did not Yeshua say he will build the temple in 3 days. Which other temple is needed? Please refute me with New Testament reference.🙏😌🐟
@mal'akh ha abaddon But where is the reference to New Testament? When Yeshua is The Temple which was raised in 3 days, why would you need other one or ponder where 1st or 2nd temple was⁉️ Tradition tells that 2nd temple offerings were not even consumed by fire anymore like in 1st temple. The offering of Yeshua is enough forever. It covered all sins, but you need to believe it, acknowledge it.
The real questions to ASK about the location of Ezekiel's third Temple are found in my comments but I left out an important one to consider - which your comment reminded me of - thx by the way. :) A new question to ask of any presenter claiming they know where the third temple [ which the Jews seemingly do want to build] will be would located would be as follows: How much of the 'original' city of Jerusalem that existed before the 70AD destruction of Jerusalem and the temple occurred - still remains until this present day? A linked question would be - if Jesus did indeed say not one stone would be left on top of another regarding the temple and according to the Gospel authors He did say exactly that - then how is it possible that any part of the walls still visibly standing today could be any part of the second Temple?

I am hmong on laos Bokeo I like Jerusalam so much I want to come see Jerusalem so much
I have heard that the Dome of Spirits, just outside the dome of the rock, and in direct line with the Shushan/Golden/Eastern Gate lining up with Bible scripture, was the original threshing floor, and therefore the original place of the Holy of Holies.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it! God bless.
That is not the location of the temple, that is the location of the Roman fortress.
Thanks for your comment. However, here are the facts about the Roman 10th Legion and the Antonia Fortress:

I could provide much more evidence, but this should suffice for now. We are in the process of producing a series of videos that will provide all the evidence on this issue. Thanks again for commenting.

“no stone shall be left upon another.”
Truly I say to you, not one stone here will be left upon another, which will not be torn down.”
Mark 13:1-2: As He was going out of the temple, one of His disciples said to Him, “Teacher, look! What wonderful stones and what wonderful buildings!” 2 And Jesus said to him, “Do you see these great buildings? Not one stone will be left upon another, which will not be torn down.”
Luke 21:5-6: And while some were talking about the temple, that it was decorated with beautiful stones and vowed gifts, He said, 6 “As for these things which you are observing, the days will come when there will not be left one stone upon another, which will not be torn down.”
Yes shalom Israel I like to see Jerusalem so much
I’ve been told that this isn’t the site of Solomons temple ...it’s the ruins of Fort Antonius , the Roman fort from which they controlled Judaea.
Please read the following verses carefully:
David purchased the threshing floor from Araunah, the Jebusite
2 Samuel 24:24-25: However, the king said to Araunah, “No, but I will certainly buy it from you for a price; for I will not offer burnt offerings to the Lord my God that cost me nothing.” So David bought the threshing floor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.
Moriah
2 Chronicles 5:2: "Then Solomon assembled to Jerusalem the elders of Israel and all the heads of the tribes, the leaders of the fathers’ households of the sons of Israel, to bring up the ark of the covenant of the Lord out of the City of David, which is Zion."
Then from this point on, the Ark of the Covenant would reside permanently in the temple that Solomon built, which is also referred to as the house of the Lord.
2 Chronicles 6:10-11 Solomon states: “Now the Lord has fulfilled His word which He spoke; for I have risen in place of my father David and sit on the throne of Israel, as the Lord promised, and have built the house for the name of the Lord, the God of Israel. 11 There I have placed the ark in which is the covenant of the Lord, which He made with the sons of Israel.”
These verses clearly state that the Ark of the Covenant was brought out of the City of David to be placed permanently in the House of the Lord that Solomon built upon Mt. Moriah.
Also, here are the facts about a Roman Legion being on the Temple Mount and the Antonia Fortress:
21, Sect. 401

Useful and informative even for those not planning to reign there for 1,000 years
Thanks for watching and commenting. God bless.
Watching right now, let's see what's ur view on this. Thanks again for the video Pastor.

Here are a few verses that show this:
After Solomon built the temple, then he would bring up the Ark of the Covenant out of the City of David to the temple on Mt.
2 Chronicles 6:10-11 Solomon states: “Now the Lord has fulfilled His word which He spoke; for I have risen in place of my father David and sit on the throne of Israel, as the Lord [e]promised, and have built the house for the name of the Lord, the God of Israel. 11 There I have placed the ark in which is the covenant of the Lord, which He made with the sons of Israel.”
These verses clearly state that the Ark of the Covenant was brought out of the City of David to be placed permanently in the House of the Lord that Solomon built upon Mt.

If she goes above the city near the "temple mount" where some people think the temple went if true that would mean Solomon moved her closer to the Temple the most Holy place to move her away from the city of David a place the Ark had been makes no sense logic says the Ark and the Temple the Holy Places is in the City of David and that is why she is moved away from them not closer which is easy to do/understand as the Temple was built first then later her house was built away from the city.
All of which indicates The Temple belongs in the city of David at the north end of the city

The Chosen city inside that is,
The Chosen Seat the Temple Gods throne

-Things built above city of David can explain cisterns and some constructions around the area of the place called "the temple mount"
-2 Chronicles 5:2 To bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD from Zion, the City of David.
obviously the tabernacle could not be where the Temple was being built and the Temple is elevated so even ground level would say bring up or slight incline hill say bring up as the Temple is distinct from The City of David like we see with Rome and Vatican city explains why you would say from the city of David.
David purchased the threshing floor from Araunah, the Jebusite

Moriah.

Thanks for commenting. However, the evidence that can be seen for the northwest corner, the stones in the walls of the Eastern Wall, and the southern end of the original temple mount platform are extremely convincing. This is evidence that can be seen today even without exavating.
@@HolyLandSite Thank you Pastor! If you will, this page gives a very good explanation of the walls. templemountlocation.com/retainingwallsTempleMount.html
Remember God promised David that he will not lack anyone to rule on his throne. Jesus Christ of the root of David will reign for a millennium in Jerusalem. The temple will be built and All nations will come to worship in Jerusalem
God tells us where the true location is.. and that is 30 meters West from the Gihon Spring. The Gihon Spring is the most Holy site in all Jerusalem..
Thanks for commenting. However, if we use the Bible as our authority, it tells us clearly that the temple was not in the City of David where the Gihon Spring is, but upon Mt. Moriah, where the Temple Mount is today.
Moriah.

Why is herod's temple suggested better then Solomons when Solomons was clearly more spectacular?

Leen Ritmeyer's model has been proven wrong. Why are we still talking about it?
For those who say this is excellent, tracing the Temple merely by walls and measurements alone is not the right method. We have lot of other things to consider.
1. Alignment to Bible
2. Water flow to the Temple
3. Archaeological discoveries
4. Alignment to Josephus
Ritmeyer's model fails all the above four.
If only more folks had a think over this; it would sure save a lot of fighting, past and future!

Moriah, Not in the City of David:
David purchased the threshing floor from Araunah, the Jebusite
2 Samuel 24:24-25: However, the king said to Araunah, “No, but I will certainly buy it from you for a price; for I will not offer burnt offerings to the Lord my God that cost me nothing.” So David bought the threshing floor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.
Truly I say to you, not one stone here will be left upon another, which will not be torn down.”
Mark 13:1-2: As He was going out of the temple, one of His disciples said to Him, “Teacher, look! What wonderful stones and what wonderful buildings!” 2 And Jesus said to him, “Do you see these great buildings? Not one stone will be left upon another, which will not be torn down.”
Luke 21:5-6: And while some were talking about the temple, that it was decorated with beautiful stones and vowed gifts, He said, 6 “As for these things which you are observing, the days will come when there will not be left one stone upon another, which will not be torn down.” Again, Jesus was referring to the stones of the buildings.
@@HolyLandSite I would love to accept it but there’s one problem Micah 3:12 KJV
[12] Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.
And Titus did this by removing the foundation of the temple even Josephus said himself that one would not think a temple stood there.
Very informative thank you brother.
You've obviously done a lot of research to arrive at the conclusions you have. Incidentally, nice presentation by the way ;)
But there are a few problems I can see with your conclusions that Ezekiel's third Temple would necessarily be built at that site of the current Dome of the Rock's location on Mount Moriah.
Ok. The location that the saints of Revelation 20:1-6 will seemingly rule from would seem to be on Mount Zion according to both Isaiah's contemporary prophet Micah and the prophet Joel, as follows:
"But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.
And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more." [Micah 4:1-3]
This quote from the book of Micah [ without the Roman Catholic "chapters and verses of the bible" ** numbering system - which I've deleted on purpose from the KJV copied directly from Biblegateway's bible library website] is almost a carbon copy of Isaiah 2:1-4 - but Micah adds additional details to his prophecy as follows:
"In that day, saith the Lord, will I assemble her that halteth, and I will gather her that is driven out, and her that I have afflicted;
And I will make her that halted a remnant, and her that was cast far off a strong nation: and the Lord shall reign over them in mount Zion from henceforth, even for ever.
And thou, O tower of the flock, the strong hold of the daughter of Zion, unto thee shall it come, even the first dominion; the kingdom shall come to the daughter of Jerusalem." [Micah 4:6-8]
Now in order to establish a matter you need at minimum of at least 'two witnesses' according to Jewish tradition. [Deuteronomy 19:15 OT, Matthew 18:16. 2 Corinthians 13:1, I Timothy 5:19, Revelation 11:3 NT]
So, accordingly, here's the 'second witness' for the Mount Zion location:
"The Lord also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the Lord will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.
So shall ye know that I am the Lord your God dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through her any more.
And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall come forth out of the house of the Lord, and shall water the valley of Shittim." [Joel 3:16-18]
But there's also a third 'virtual' witness and, that being, that the resurrected saints are depicted in the apostle John's visions - to be standing on Mount Zion - with the 'Lamb' of God:
"And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads." [Revelation 14:1]
That concludes point #1 now we come to point #2 and that is, that Ezekiel's third Temple has a waters source coming from directly beneath 'the house' of the one whose presence is shown in Ezekiel's visions to be speaking to him from within that 'house' - the same house presumably - that Isaiah chapter 2:2 and Micah 4:1-2 speak of but in which Ezekiel hears these words that establishes that 'a throne' will be within that house for the inhabitant to rest his feet - paraphrased slightly from Ezekiel 43:4-7 as follows:
"And the glory of the Lord came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east.
So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house.
And I heard him speaking unto me out of the house; and the man stood by me.
And he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne, and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places."
But notice verse 2 of Ezekiel 43 in particular:
"And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with his glory."
Where else do we find someone coming from 'the east to west like lightning' and perhaps 'lighting up' the earth as he does so?
"For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
For wheresoever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.
Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."
Now, what is currently 'east' of Mount Zion to which the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob will come to - that He ascended from and will return to - according to the two angels in Acts 1:9-12 as follows:
"And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
Then returned they unto Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is from Jerusalem a sabbath day's journey."
*to be continued above this comment.

Sorry mates. That's not where the temple was. Where the dome of the rock is was where Antonia Fortress was.
Sorry mate but you’re wrong.
Hardly! The video references a different video that discusses why this isn’t the Roman Fortress. Can someone provide a link to the specific video? There are so many!
We are currently preparing to do a series on why the current Temple Mount is the true location of the original temple. In the meantime, you might find some of our research on this subject very convincing. Here are the facts about why the Temple Mount Platform was not a Roman Fortress nor the Antonia Fortress:
21, Sect. 401
I love all your videos!!!
Thank you for your kind and encouraging words, and for watching and commenting.
Location of the Threshing Floor: The Bible states that the threshing floor was on Mt.

Thank you so much.
such a good video
Thanks for watching. God bless.
Awesomeeeeeeeeeee
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks
thats not where the temple was... get your facts straight. the city of david is a quater mile away.
Thanks for commenting. However, if we use the Bible as our authority, it tells us clearly that the temple was not in the City of David, but upon Mt. Moriah, where the Temple Mount is today.
Thanks for pointing out this additional piece of evidence.
Nice
Thank you so very much for such a wonderful and insightful video, I have a question, as shown in the video, The Most Holy Place was where that mosque is at the moment, hence, The Third Temple MUST be built right there?.
God bless
Yes, absolutely.

God bless
Thanks for commenting. However, if we use the Bible as our authority, it tells us clearly that the temple was not in the City of David, but upon Mt. Moriah, where the Temple Mount is today. Please carefully read the following about what God says in His word:

There is a hodgepodge of stone up there because it’s been filled in so many times and the full came grime the city.
Great video.I would like to thank you for the efforts you have made to make this videos. It becomes very easy to understand things when we see the locations with details explained. Thank you
So nice of you. You are welcome. Thank you and God bless.
According to Ron Wyatt the Ark of the Covenant is located under Golgotha where Jesus was crucified. After the earthquake, his blood fell about 20 feet under ground and unto the mercy seat!

Seems like people continue the myth that the Roman Fort is the real place where the Second Temple was before it's destruction. It's not.
Thanks for your comment. However, here are the facts about the Roman 10th Legion and the Antonia Fortress:
21, Sect. 401

They may lack the celeb status of other biblical figures, but Ezra and Nehemiah were major players in the Jewish story. Despite being relegated to the last pages of the Bible, they were men."
All that is necessary to point out here by way of conclusion is the ‘common denominator ‘among many of the prophets, not the least of which is Ezekiel’s 47th chapter showing water issuing from beneath the chapter 43:7 throne location - throughout the Middle Eastern deserts.
Which I’m pretty confident I’ve established as mount Zion through Micah and Joel’s prophecies already but here are the other prophets accounts also as back-up and all quotes are from the KJV but without the Roman Catholic cardinal’s chapters and verses numbering system as I prefer to quote without that distraction - but still use it for locating and quoting scripture nevertheless:
Isaiah 30:25-26 [plus all of Isaiah chapter 35 which I won’t quote here due to its length.]
“And there shall be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.
Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the Lord bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound.”
Note that the book of Revelation also covers when the sun will be affected to such an extent that it will scorch human beings - but perhaps not all - because it is seemingly after Jesus has already returned [Revelation 14:1] and after the mount of Olives has been split into two halves in Zechariah 14:4-5 and after the saints have been resurrected and the return of all the prophets as well. [Revelation 11:12-18]
“And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.
And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.
And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.” [Revelation 16:8-11]
Zechariah notes in his 14th chapter prophecy that water will flow from Jerusalem out to the Dead Sea sometime after Jesus [i.e. Zechariah’s ‘Lord my God’ in Zechariah 14:4-5] has come to set foot on to the Mount of Olives:
“And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.
And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one.” [Zechariah 14:8-9]
The relevant part of Joel 3 again:
“And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall come forth out of the house of the Lord, and shall water the valley of Shittim.” [Joel 3:18]
I’ve no idea where the valley of Shittim is but there will be an immense valley in between the two halves of the mount of Olives for the survivors of the modern day Jerusalem siege [Zechariah 12:1-9] to flee to - escorted by Jesus and the saints [Zechariah 14:5] and logically, if Jesus' throne is on mount Zion the waters from that throne will flow through that split mount of Olives ‘valley’ also - in order to reach the dead sea and desalinize it - as Ezekiel seems to show:
” Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed.
And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.” [Ezekiel 47:8-12
The most logical water source from which massive amounts of water will flow to the Middle Eastern deserts therefore - would be the Gihon spring - which is not located on Mount Moriah to my understanding.
End of comment - and readers may draw their own conclusions - but I’ve stated mine as clearly as I’m able or capable of doing.
I agree with you. The temple was located in the City of David by the Gihon Springs. Mount Moriah at the time ot Jesus was Fort Antonia.
I do a lot of recycling of old building materials myself and I wouldn't hesitate to make use of free building materials that were scattered all over my location - provided I had the means to lift them up - in the case really heavy stone blocks ;)
I'm not disputing anyone's claims whatsoever.
Or if it is its a distorted view of love toward neighbour at best.. lol... the spell checker on you tube wants me to put neighbor - but then that's not KJV English is it? ;)
Changing the subject slightly - but in line with my different or heretical views ;) - One of the things that really surprised me about the New Heaven and New Earth that Isaiah first recorded in Isaiah 65:17 & 66:22 and taught about by the apostle Peter in 2 Peter 3:13 that actually puts Malachi 4:1-3 into its true time-frame as being when the current Earth's elements melt by a global fire evidently - after the thousand year reign of our Lord Jesus - is that the New Jerusalem spoken of in Revelation comes or descends down to the 'New Earth' and, guess what it shows in that 'new' earth - Water flowing from the Throne of God almost exactly as Ezekiel recorded in Ezekiel 47 but with one 'new' different addition i.e. 'the tree of life' or as it seems to read here - perhaps more than one tree of life on either side of the river:
"And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.
And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever." [Revelation 22:1-5]
What does the book of Ezekiel and the book of Revelation have in common? There are a number of things and water flowing from the throne of God is just one - but one other thing both prophets share is that they were both taken up into a high mountain to view the things they saw in their visions:
"In the visions of God brought he me into the land of Israel, and set me upon a very high mountain, by which was as the frame of a city on the south." [Ezekiel 40:2]
"And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God," [Revelation 21:10]
Where in all of Modern day Jerusalem is there a very great and very High mountain? Don't see one? This is pure speculation on my part below:
What might happen to Both mount Moriah and Mount Zion i.e. the city of David location when Zechariah's 14:5 and Revelation 11: 13's Earthquake which I believe to be one and the same Earthquake - since both are recorded to occur at the time of the resurrection of the saints - destroys a tenth of modern day Jerusalem in the vicinity of Mount Zion?
We've seen many times what odd things tectonic plate shifts can do - but interestingly the prophecy of Zechariah 4 shows what I believe to be a resurrected Zerubbabel either figuratively or actually levelling the top of a great mountain into a plain:
"Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.
Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it." [Zechariah 4:6-7]
Zechariah shows what I believe to be tectonic plate movement in Zechariah 14 also and a 'raised' plain:
"All the land shall be turned as a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem: and it shall be lifted up, and inhabited in her place, from Benjamin's gate unto the place of the first gate, unto the corner gate, and from the tower of Hananeel unto the king's winepresses." [Zechariah 14:10]
The question I would raise therefore is would Mount Zion be part of that raised plain spoken of? i.e. higher than the current Mount Zion and even the two split halves of the mount of Olives in height? I guess we'll just have to wait and see - but interesting times are ahead for our modern age nevertheless. ;)

-Psalm 48 LORD of hosts, in the city of our God City of David he will establish her forever. In the midst of Your temple, Walk about Zion and go around her Count her towers, Indicates the Temple is in the midst of the city of David as Zion can walk about and go around her not go out to.
Pick a city and ask someone where is this place then say walk about city go around and check her out is it inside or outside the city.
-Psalm 132:13 God has chosen Zion (City of David) He has desired it for His home Temple place
-Isaiah33:20 seems to indicate the Temple is to the north of the city but in the city as it was built up to encompass
-2 Chronicles 8:11 daughter of Pharaoh removed from the City of David that is where the Temple and the Ark are. The places the has bo: to come in, come, go in, go
If she goes above the city near the "temple mount" where some people think the temple went if true that would mean Solomon moved her closer to the Temple the most Holy place to move her away from the city of David a place the Ark had been makes no sense logic says the Ark and the Temple the Holy Places is in the City of David and that is why she is moved away from them not closer which is easy to do/understand as the Temple was built first then later her house was built away from the city.
All of which indicates The Temple belongs in the city of David at the north end of the city
-1kings8:44 March out prays toward his chosen city and this Temple. Another indicator the Temple is inside the chosen city.
If i face toward the country Israel and Jerusalem you understand the later is inside the former we see this type of indicator repeated in 1kings8:48
The chosen land inside that is,
The Chosen city inside that is,
The Chosen Seat the Temple Gods throne
2Sam5:7/ 2 Sam5:11 / 2Sam5:17 Perhaps David did have a palace on top above Zion but the temple would be in the fortress since it is important it would be protected so would be built around.
-2Sam6:9 Arks destination was meant to be the city of David
-1Chr15:29 Ark enters the city of David.
-2Sam6:13 six paces and sacrifice a fatted(special) Ox.
-1chr16:26 7 bulls and 7 rams sacrificed. 14 times 6 paces from the entering the city to the arks destination.
-1Chr28:11 Shows it was David's plan used which would include location
-1Chr28:19 Makes clear those plans are actually Gods.
1Chr28:23 A foreshadowing of the messiah being crowned twice
-1kings9:24 Pharaoh’s daughter palace was above the city of David
-Things built above city of David can explain cisterns and some constructions around the area of the place called "the temple mount"
-2 Chronicles 5:2 To bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD from Zion, the City of David.
obviously the tabernacle could not be where the Temple was being built and the Temple is elevated so even ground level would say bring up or slight incline hill say bring up as the Temple is distinct from The City of David like we see with Rome and Vatican city explains why you would say from the city of David.
I don't know how anyone would not conclude the Temple belongs in the city of David
Yerusalem is in tel Arad. The ostraca found in Tel Arad is the only inscription mentioning the House of Yahweh.
Thanks for sharing.
How can you refute the claim that the temple Mount is actually Fort Antonia?
The temple Mount is 96% the same demension as other roman forts.
Thanks for your comment. However, here are the facts about the Temple Mount being a Roman Fortress:
21, Sect. 401

Good on you!
Thank you!
Thank You Pastor. Waiting for Part 2 🙏
Thank you. Lord willing we will publish the video this Friday evening or Saturday morning Pacific Standard Time.
Great video. Nicely done!
Thank you very much!
I have a question, So the wailing wall is not part of the original temple, is that correct ? Was the waling wall built later by the Romans after the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 CE ???
No....It's part of the foundations for what was the Roman fort, Possibly what prior to that was Solomon's Palace
2nd chronicles chapter 3 words 1 , clearly stated that where the temple was built by King Solomon
Thanks for commenting.
Hi Pastor Todd, thanks for another interesting and informative video.
Praise Yeshua.
You are very welcome
He is Yeshua/Jesus✝️✡⚰
Not even one stone has been left of the old temple on another stone according Yeshua/Jesus
A new question to ask of any presenter claiming they know where the third temple [ which the Jews seemingly do want to build] will be would located would be as follows:
How much of the 'original' city of Jerusalem that existed before the 70AD destruction of Jerusalem and the temple occurred - still remains until this present day?
A linked question would be - if Jesus did indeed say not one stone would be left on top of another regarding the temple and according to the Gospel authors He did say exactly that - then how is it possible that any part of the walls still visibly standing today could be any part of the second Temple?
City of David was found in a diffrent location
